Ven a ver el nuevo Pottery Barn! Es una hermosa casa de 4 dormitorios en la popular comunidad cerrada de SeaGrass con acceso a una piscina comunitaria justo al lado.


Los nuevos propietarios han remodelado completamente la casa con nuevos pisos y muebles para que su estadía sea muy cómoda. El primer piso tiene dos dormitorios, una sala de estar abierta de dos pisos, un comedor y una cocina completamente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos. Uno de los dormitorios tiene dos juegos de literas, y las camas bajas son en realidad un colchón completo, por lo que esta habitación puede alojar hasta seis niños felices. El otro dormitorio en este piso tiene una nueva cama king.


Disfrute de las cubiertas donde obtiene 360 vistas no solo del agua azul del océano sino también de la salida y la puesta del sol. También hay un porche en la cocina.


¡Arriba está la suite principal con una nueva cama King y baño privado completo con jacuzzi y ducha separada! El walk-in closet es enorme! Hay una estación de café y un enfriador de vino recién agregados para rematar este retiro privado. También hay una maravillosa terraza en el lado este y en el golfo de la habitación con impresionantes vistas del sol poniente y la bahía.


En la planta baja, encontrará una suite privada, completa con un dormitorio con cama King, baño completo y cocina propia. Tenga en cuenta que no se puede acceder a la suite privada desde la casa principal. Hay una entrada en el extremo norte de la casa, o puede ingresar a través del garaje doble cerrado.


Lo mejor de todo es que nuestra casa está ubicada a tiro de piedra de la piscina comunitaria. El sendero para bicicletas está cerca y está a un corto paseo del Puesto de Comercio y más. El paseo marítimo a la hermosa playa de arena blanca está justo al lado de nuestra casa ... ¡es una configuración PERFECTA para unas maravillosas vacaciones en la playa! ¡Esperamos que vengas a visitarnos!

Great Stay!

Loved the property. Great location, convenient to beach, pool, state park, Trading Post and bike trail. We stayed at the home 5 years ago and this time we brought friends. The kitchen was well equipped as we ate in, every evening. Only improvement we could see would be some sun shades for the kitchen/dining room. The late evening sun at dinner around the table was blinding. Would not prevent us from staying again, though.

Our best experience

This was the best experience we have had in more than ten years. Clean, spacious. Great view. We called about a few issues (leftover from previous rentals) and they took care of them promptly. This is a great alternative to the crowds in the destin area. Rules seemed strict at first because they are trying to protect their investment. No problems with any interaction.

Britney helped me and answered all of my questions promptly. The house was beautiful and very well located to the community pool (we were the only ones that used it during our stay I believe). A Lot Of Frogs

For as many members of my family that went, it accommodated us well. However, we were unable to use one of the beds because of what looked like a brown stain on one of the mattresses (we were very cautious about that one). There were also quite a few frogs at night time attached to the house, so that was unexpected. Just be wary that there will be a lot of frogs greeting you once the sun starts to set. Overall, we love the location (Cape San Blas), but we will probably not be staying at this property in the future.

Best Vacay Ever

From the moment we arrived we were in awe of the location and well upkeep of the house. It was clean and newly remodeled. Our family felt very comfortable , including our golden doodle. The beach was a short walking distance and my kids loved being close to the community pool! We also loved that when we booked the home we got a 250$ credit towards beach gear, which was there when we arrived. The property management team was very kind and always helpful when we called with questions. We will def be back and rent again with Coastal Joe’s. We fell in love with the beauty of CSB and we are looking forward to our next trip!

A lovely expansive beach house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have rented Hello Sunshine. The first was, unfortunately, due to hurricane Idalia we only stayed one night before mandatory evacuation. We decided to go back and try it again! We stayed for a visit of 8 nights and throughly enjoyed the place. It is located in a small gated community which means traffic is limited and walking the dog around the block was virtually car free in the morning. Beach access is easy and boardwalks and sidewalks are less than one city block to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked, though I would recommend bringing a couple of your own pans if you are a true chef. Most of the frying pans are old T-Fal and are scraped pretty severely. But you will find just about every utensil and appliance you will need for cooking great meals. The master bedroom is the only one we used. It is a solo suite upstairs and is quite spacious. The bed was comfortable, and there was plenty of natural light during the day. The high ceilings and natural light throughout the house make it very pleasant. The furniture is very comfortable for reading, visiting and just stretching out for a siesta. Washer and dryer are great, fridge is cold, and AC works perfectly.The detractors that we experienced were the steep stairs that led up to the front door. It would have been nice to have a lift to unload the car and groceries into. The stairs to the master are a bit of a climb, so if you are unable to climb either or both sets of stairs, this may not be the place for you. There are many porches and we really enjoyed the screened porch off the kitchen. The decks have some blistering from the sun and could do with some replaced boards and weather sealant. Nothing dangerous about them though.Overall, we would rent Hello Sunshine again. It is a great place for a couple, group of friends, or a family. I’m sure 18 people could sleep there, but I would imagine 8 to ten would be a more reasonale limit. Thank yo

The kitchen was extremely well equipped with everything we needed to prepare large family meals. There were more items than expected for our use in the garage - kayak, corn hole, cooler, beach cart, boogie boards all enhanced our stay. The layout with the separate living unit worked perfectly for our group. Highly recommend this property. Our girls loved being next to the community pool and had the pool area to themselves for laying out, listening to music and playing volleyball in the pool. Love the beach just a short walk down the boardwalk right next to the house. We'll be back, but maybe beach front next time.

Wonderful "Hurrication"

That said, we had two really great beach days on the front end and back end. This was a unique experience and was still a great vacation! The beach is absolutely amazing and this whole area is quite unpolulated. No hotels. No condos. Just houses. Absolutely no traffic and wide open beaches. The house was really nice and when we had some issues from leaks from the hurricane, they were fixed immediately. Coastal Joe's was VERY responsive. Would recommend some maintenance work and better cable and wifi. It did do out more than expected. Will definitely come back!

The VayK $250 credit we used for a kayak and then added a stand up paddle board was fantastic. A strap brike on one of the kayak carrying straps andthey quickly came and traded it out...even retrieved the old one from the beach—-those guys are strong! Pottery Barn needed a little TLC but Coastal Joe and the owners were very attentive to any items I broughtt to their attention. Hurricane Michael has probably created more woes. My heart goes out to the Cape and her loss of roads and othe amenities. Also the newly formed islands in the state park will be an interesting challenge for all to overcome. We love this beautiful place and enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom on the main floor has a hard time flushing. Paint falling off. Had a hard time opening and locking doors the entire time. The bed in the Master is very bad and not comfortable at all. Dryer takes three times to dry a load of laundry. The rental company was great but the owners of the home don't spend any money on the home or repairs.

Our destinated house was no longer available due to water damage so we found this literally two days before we arrived! The top master suite bed sheets had not been changed, attention to cleanliness was missing. Living room furniture needs to be replaced as it is dirty & the main couch is almost impossible to sit on comfortably. The kitchen is amazing but the dining room chairs are horrible... not comfortable and every move you make “sounds” horrible!Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The views of the sunset amazing; the porches excellent! Beach nessesities plentiful! Distance to beach perfect; neighborhood lovely! Appliances very nice. Main bathroom lighting is dark. We had to buy better bulbs. Bunkbed sheets a nightmare to change!

Like stepping inside an episode of "Planet Earth"

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being at Cape San Blas was like starring in an episode of "Planet Earth". From one of the many decks on "Seaglass" you can watch and listen to some very interesting birds. With the wave crashing and the birds singing you could not help but relax. We stayed in "Seaglass" with 4 adults and 5 children and we never seemed to get in each other's way. The "in-law" suite is like a totally separate unit. Of course, we all managed to be in the kitchen playing games and visiting most of the time we were in the house. The rest of the time we were enjoying all Cape San Blas has to offer. Don't miss St. Joseph State Park (minutes from the house) the most incredible beach, dunes, shells - the bay with starfish, seahorses and knee deep water forever - and The Lighthouse with its gigantic shells and crashing waves. I compare Cape San Blas to a less populated Sanibel Island which at Spring Break is a welcome surprise. The house was beautiful and everything the rental information said it would be. I am very picky and vacation as often as possible and I give "Seaglass" and Cape San Blas a thumbs up!

Great house, bad rental agency.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed at the Seaglass house on our honeymoon. Everything was wonderful, except for an issue caused by Coastal Joe management on the day we arrived. My uncle and aunt went through a lot of time and expense to put together a large welcome basket for my wife and I since we were arriving late at the house. We got in around 10pm and we did not have any food or drinks in anticipation of my Aunt's basket. The rental agent was supposed to leave the basket in our house the night we arrived. Not only did that person wait until the following morning to drop it off, but then dropped it off at the wrong house. We never saw our basket. This was extremely disappointing to my wife and I and especially to my aunt and uncle. Hopefully, better management will prevent something like this from upsetting future vacationers that visit Coastal Joe properties.
