Once you get enough sun and water come inside and make memories playing games and breaking bread with friends and family. The kitchen is fully equipped. Wolf range, Sub-zero refrigerator, and all the tools you need.
All the water activities are within walking distance. Launch your boat, rent kayaks, paddle boards, surf. Walk to restaurants.

Watch sunsets disappear into the water as your day comes to a close. We like to bet whether the sun will make a direct hit or if clouds will intercept the melting sun!

Neighborhood:
Private. Quiet, safe, and friendly. Tucked away from the towers and masses near the North Jetty. Walk to two parks, restaurants. Pops is a local favorite.

Venice, Nokomis, and Osprey are under 10 minutes away. Grab your provisions at Publix and head back to relax at home on the beach. If you want more to do shopping: UTC mall and great little shops in Venice are waiting. Saturday Market, restaurants and coffee shops as well.

Want to explore the area Sarasota and Siesta Key are 30 minutes away. Stop in at The Ringling or Ca d’Zan, shop and dine at St. Armands Cricle (bring your credit card!). Outdoors more your thing? Check out the Myakka River State Park, Big Cat Sanctuary, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, and Mote Marine Laboratory are worth the trip.

Golf: 14 golf courses within 20 minutes. FORE!

Spring Training: Make a day of Baseball! Yankees, Blue Jays, Pirates, Phillies, Orioles, Red Sox and Twins.

Pro Sports: Tampa (1hr. away) is home to great sports team. Watch hockey on an 85-degree day! Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tampa Bay Rays, Lightning, and Rowdies.

My suggestion: Charter a boat and then plan nothing else;-) We talk a big game. Then we grab some water, sunscreen, chair, and a book to head to the beach to never return! Why leave until it gets dark? Even then…
