Aspectos negativos: Limpieza, servicios, instalaciones y estado del alojamiento y comunicación
We recently stayed at this beach house & unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. While the initial reception seemed friendly, we faced a serious issue upon arrival: we could not access the house, as the entry instructions were unclear and not provided properly. I tried to reach out for help, but instead of patient assistance, the responses I received were rude, unhelpful, and made me feel as though I was being a burden rather than a paying guest. At 10 pm, with 3 kids and all our luggage, we were left outside without the necessary information to enter. Eventually, someone opened the door without explaining the code, and I only received the actual access details the next day. This caused unnecessary stress and was handled with a lack of empathy and professionalism.Beyond that, the condition of the property was far below expectations. The photos do not reflect reality: the house requires serious maintenance. My husband had an accident with a rusty chair, which is unsafe and dangerous for children. The walls were deteriorated, the linens appeared used upon arrival, the beach towels were very old, & overall cleanliness was poor. Only the shower pressure and the kitchen can be considered positive points, but the rest of the space was small, neglected, and far from what one would expect when paying for a beach vacation.Overall, this was a negative experience. When renting a property, guests deserve respect, timely assistance, & a safe, well-maintained home.
