The villa is also just a block away from the exclusive Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal, placing you in one of the most desirable areas in Cabo while still offering privacy, security, and peace of mind.

This spacious two-story villa offers approximately 6,000 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor living, designed for guests who want comfort, privacy, views, and a true Cabo experience. Every one of the five bedrooms features beautiful ocean and marina views, its own private ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fans, Smart TVs, and thoughtful spaces to relax. Three of the five bathrooms include dual vanities, and there is also a half bathroom on the main floor for added convenience.

The main floor welcomes you with an open and inviting layout. Here you will find the spacious kitchen, dining area, sunken living room, bar area, large terrace, and two of the villa’s bedrooms. The kitchen is generous, practical, and well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It also features a dedicated service entrance for private chefs and staff, allowing meals and service to flow smoothly without interrupting the privacy of your group.

The dining area features a 10-seat communal table, perfect for shared meals, private chef dinners, or celebrating special moments together. Nearby, the bar area creates a natural gathering place and is a favorite setting for guests who choose to arrange a welcome cocktail experience to kick off their Cabo vacation.

The sunken living room offers a comfortable and stylish place to unwind, with an 80” Smart TV and direct access to the main terrace. This terrace is one of the most beautiful places in the villa to enjoy Cabo’s golden-hour views, watch the cruise ships arrive and depart from the Marina, and take in the city and ocean scenery as the sun sets.

On the main floor, you will also find Master Bedroom 1, located inside the main house near the kitchen, featuring a California king bed and private ensuite bathroom with double sinks. Detached Master Suite 2 is also on the main level, located just outside the main entrance hall across from the kitchen door. This private and secluded suite features a California king bed, ensuite bathroom, natural rock details, and its own porch with a coffee table — a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee, sunrise views, or a quiet evening drink.

The second floor offers three additional bedrooms and a spacious TV room. Detached Suite 3 is located by the pool area and features a queen bed, private ensuite bathroom with double sinks, and easy access to the outdoor living spaces. Master Bedroom 4 is the largest bedroom in the villa and comfortably accommodates up to six guests with two queen beds plus a queen sofa bed, along with a private ensuite bathroom with double sinks. Bedroom 5 includes two full-size beds, an ensuite bathroom, and amazing views of the Cabo Marina and ocean.

The upstairs TV room is another comfortable gathering space, featuring an 85” Smart TV, two full-size sofa beds for additional sleeping arrangements, a portable Bluetooth speaker, karaoke microphone, and acoustic guitar for relaxed evenings and fun group moments.

The outdoor areas are designed for enjoying Cabo at its best. The second level features a beautiful pool area, shaded pergola, palapa spaces, lounge areas, and a gas BBQ area with a party table and sink. Whether you want to relax in the sun, enjoy the shade, share drinks by the pool, or simply take in the ocean breeze, Villa Felicidad offers multiple spaces to gather, unwind, and celebrate.

For convenience, the villa includes two covered carports and additional parking space for up to six vehicles.

Detached Master Suite 2 — California king bed, private ensuite bathroom, located on the main floor outside the main entrance hall near the kitchen.

Detached Suite 3 — Queen bed, private ensuite bathroom with double sinks, located by the pool area on the second floor.

Master Bedroom 4 — Two queen beds plus one queen sofa bed, private ensuite bathroom with double sinks, located on the second floor.

Bedroom 5 — Two full-size beds, ensuite bathroom, and beautiful marina and ocean views.

The upstairs TV room includes two full-size sofa beds.

Please note: the villa is prepared and stocked for up to 12 guests. If your group has more than 12 guests, please let us know in advance so we can make the appropriate arrangements and ensure everyone is comfortable and well taken care of. The maximum occupancy for this villa is 18 guests.
