Esta hermosa 4 dormitorios, 3 1/2 baños, 3000 pies cuadrados casa está a la espera para los clientes animados para disfrutar y apreciar sus vistas magníficas del Océano Pacífico. La casa decorada mexicana-chic está en el lado Pacífico del Pedregal, Cabo San Lucas. Por favor, visite nuestra página (de Pablo Visa Del Mar) en Facebook y mirar a través de los álbumes de fotos para ver las fotos de compras, actividades, restaurantes, el barrio, las playas, etc. Pedregal es como el Beverly Hills de Cabo - está cerrada guardia y muchas celebridades alquilar viviendas particulares aquí. Nuestra casa cuenta con un gran concepto de piezas de moda actualizada con una amplia cocina, comedor y sala de estar. Ha sido decoradas con pinturas de encargo del diseñador, telas, muebles, ropa de cama y acabados. Y lo mejor de todo ... es sólo 200 yardas a la playa de Pedregal privada!

Esta casa hermosa y totalmente amueblado puede alojar cómodamente a 8 personas. Está situado en Pedregal, Cabo San Lucas, las comunidades turísticas de mayor prestigio en San José del Cabo. Es sólo 20 minutos a pie del centro de Cabo San Lucas. El Pedregal ofrece todas las comodidades como gimnasio, spa, club de tenis con pros y los cócteles, y Capella unos minutos con 5 estrellas de comedor y balnearios.

Cada habitación de la casa está muy bien decorado con muebles cálidos y contemporáneos. Hay 4 habitaciones de la planta baja; un maestro rey, una principal con un sofá-cama de matrimonio y; una habitación doble; y el cuarto tiene dos gemelos con toques de tela de Trina Turk para el color y México elegante brillante. Tres de las habitaciones tienen vista frontal al mar de un hermoso amanecer o al atardecer.

La piscina privada está justo al lado de la sala de estar arriba / comedor y cocina completa con cuatro sillas y una sección al aire libre. La mesa del comedor se sienta ocho. El patio ofrece vistas perfecta imagen del océano, puestas de sol y la observación de ballenas! Es un lugar para recoger sus pensamientos, tomar un cóctel, relajarse o ver la bebida cruceros pasan. La piscina puede ser calentada por un cargo adicional diario.

El club de tenis es un corto paseo por la colina. Cabo San Lucas adecuada está a pocos pasos de distancia con tiendas, clubes, restaurantes y un gran momento. Hemos caminado muchas veces, pero que no recomendaría depender de caminar como un modo de transporte de la casa. Por supuesto que puede saltar un alquiler de coches, si lo prefiere, pero te recomendamos alquilar un coche.

La casa tiene acceso inalámbrico a Internet, televisión vía satélite, servicios de teléfono de Vonage de EE.UU., aire acondicionado, y una lavadora y secadora. Estamos encantados de presentarle a nuestra casa-gerente que le encantaría ayudarle a organizar excursiones, pesca, servicios adicionales de limpieza y hace sus compras para usted (por un suplemento) antes de su llegada si desea que estos servicios adicionales. Ella también está disponible para cocinar para usted y sus invitados por un cargo adicional.

Communication with host was great and they were very accommodating to our requests. There was a small issue that came up but the property manager was there almost immediately to resolve. Beautiful view and clean home. Would stay here again!

Wonderful vacation rental

We enjoyed a wonderful week in Cabo. We felt very safe in Pedregal and loved being in a home vs a mega resort. The setting was very picturesque!! We enjoyed watching the sunset from the patio each evening and saw several whales during the day. We enjoyed the non- swimming beach and took day trips to Chilleno Bay and Santa Maria beaches as we had a rental car (which I would recommend). We also visited San Jose Del Cabo and Viudays beach. The rental was clean with very comfortable beds. The pool was heated for an additional fee. We enjoyed playing games with our children each evening. Alex, the house manager, was delightful. I had some difficulty connecting with her via email, however, I was able to reach her via phone. All in all - we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Nice but...

A group of six adults shared the home for 5 nights earlier this month. We meet somewhere every year and this year we selected Cabo as our destination. The homeowner was responsive, as was the house manager, Alejandra. The booking process, and information provided was easy and useful. The location could not be beat. That is this homes greatest point. Location and views. I rely on reviews when renting homes and because of that I must be honest. The home itself is just ok. If you are considering this home as rental you cannot beat the views and the neighborhood. Just walking through Pedregal and looking at the other beautiful homes is enjoyable. The home itself needs attention. It feels dated and beat up inside and could use a good deep cleaning along with some fresh paint. The tile and grout kitchen countertop was hard to deal with. I'd also suggest replacing all the kitchenware. While I would certainly book in the neighborhood again I probably would pass on this particular home. This was the consensus of the group. Just trying to keep it real and honest. January 6 - 11, 2018

Great stay in beautiful Pedregal!

House was perfect for our group of 6. Views were amazing - sat in the pool and/or on the deck every morning and watched the whales. Short walk to the beach to watch the sunsets every night. Alejandra was there with a welcome package of amazing food she had prepared (we ordered from her ahead of time). Overall a great stay!

Great House and Location, Amazing Views

This home had everything we needed in a vacation home. The location was perfect and the home had plenty of space and amenities that worked well for our multi-generational group. The setup with the owner was easy and the local host was amazing and responsive to every need, including an amazing dinner she prepared for us. The pool was great for the kids and the views from the pool/large patio area exceeded all expectations - my daughter was literally photobombed by a whale while swimming in the pool. We will definitely look to rent this house next time we come to this area.

Awesome place with a perfect location

We loved our visit to this house, and it was perfect for our group. The pool was well-maintained and there wasn't a single thing we needed that they didn't have available at the house. My only negative feedback is the "additional guests" fee that was not disclosed in the listing or estimate, or even brought to our attention by the owner during the booking process. If a house is advertised as sleeping 11 people comfortably, you shouldn't be charged extra for 8 guests. It was embarrassing to have to ask my guests for additional funds after they had already sent money for the deposit.

Just like the Pictures!

Spent 5 days with my family (5 adults) at Suzanne's property in late July. The property is located on the Pacific side of the Pedregal development. Everywhere you turn you are surrounded by beautiful homes and views. Very conveniently located close to downtown Cabo San Lucas and the Marina. While close to everything I would recommend a taxi or renting a car to get to the property and around the area. Pedregal is built into the hillside and the roads are steep and cobbled. The private Pedregal beach is walkable, but not a swimming beach. Medano and Chileano Beaches are swimmable and nearby. We took full advantage of every inch of the home and outdoor areas; using the plunge pool and outdoor seating areas most of the time. The view of the Pacific is stunning! We used the grill a couple of times. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the cooking and serving utensils, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, etc. There is a La Comer and Costco nearby if you need supplies. The bedrooms are located on the lower level which makes them feel very secluded, cool and quiet. Three of the four bedrooms have access to a common terrace which also has views of the garden and ocean. Since we were visiting during the off-season the neighborhood was very quiet with exception of some construction nearby. I would highly recommend this property and Suzanne and property manager Alejandra made check in and check out a breeze.

The house was a perfect fit for our family with incredible views.

The large kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of bathrooms for all of us. But the most used space was the patio and pool set to take advantage of the spectacular view. The deck furniture accommodated sunny and shady areas. A perfect fit for a lovely time.

Amazing!

Everything about the house and the host, Alejandra, was perfect. We fit 9 women comfortably and the house had everything we needed. Only 2 pieces of advice to give future visitors: email Alejandra before you leave for the correct address - the one provided in the app is incorrect and it took us some extra time to figure out where to go. If you need taxis - it'd be great to have a few recommended numbers readily available by the host as that took us extra time and effort to figure out.

The house manager was always available. She shopped and cooked for us one night. We came home beat after a long day of exploring and the table was set with wine glasses and ambiance. She served us a great meal and left a tidy kitchen. We tipped her well. Safe and easy to find community. 5 min drive to downtown touristy area.

Marvelous stay!

My extended family and I spent a wonderful six days at Pablo's Vista Del Mar over the Christmas holiday. Can't say enough good things. The villa is fantastic - I love the floor plan with all the living areas upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs. Even with seven people in the house, each bedroom was so quiet. We couldn't hear a peep from our fellow guests. The pool was so wonderful. I don't know how they treat the pool water but it was so nice - not full of smelly chlorine. The experience of sitting in the pool watching whales go by was something I'll always remember. The view from the house was outstanding - the whole panorama of the Pacific Ocean was spread out before us - just amazing. The Pedregal community is a wonder - full of amazing architecture - just beautiful! I felt so safe and secure in the community - it is gated with a manned guard gate so everyone is checked in before entering. Suzanne was a joy to work with. She was so responsive and accommodating. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience. We will definitely return!

Everything we wanted and more! A true gem in Pedregal

This place is amazing! All bedrooms are on the lower floor for peace and quite and the living/dining/family room and kitchen are all upstairs. There is A/C in all the bedrooms for a good night sleep and you can drink the tap water as they have an awesome filtration system! The views are even better than the pictures, you are far enough up from the beach for premium ocean views, but close enough where it's an easy walk. You will not be able to walk into town, but Alejandra is amazing and we just called her and she called a cab every time. Quick and easy!! Would highly recommend for a family with kids, or professional couples looking for an upscale getaway! (We were the latter) Communication for start to finish was super easy! Can't wait to come back and stay here again!!!! Thank you for such an awesome experience!! Best, The Gattinella's

We had a wonderful stay in Cabo.

The house was perfect! We planned this trip for my friend's 60th Birthday. The house was so lovely, exactly what was shown on the Home Away site, exceeding our expectations. We were a party of 9 with plenty of room. The view was spectacular!!! Swimming in the heated pool with the view of the ocean was relaxing, with the site of whales and cruise ships passing by. The ocean was a short walk away, too. We were near enough to old town Cabo San Lucas to enjoy the local flavor. The owner and house manager were very responsive to any of our needs. We were very pleased and would definitely recommend this home! Susan Davis

Unbeatable View & Traditional Mexican Style!

My family had a wonderful time at Vista Del Mar. We had six people in our group and the house was the perfect size for us and could have easily accommodated a few more. The pool was refreshing and the view was stunning. The house is exactly as pictured. We loved the traditional Mexican decor and tile. It didn't have the nicest furniture and we could have used some additional cooking/baking pans but other than those minor details, it was great. The house was clean and stocked with necessities like towels, shampoo, hair dryer....everything you would expect to find when staying in a hotel. Suzanne responded to questions quickly. This is definitely a fantastic deal for Pedregal. All of us would go back in a heart beat and plan to annually! We didn't care as much about the amenities as we did about the view and location. The house was a short walk to the beach and walking distance to town. Although getting to town was somewhat of an adventure for the two folks over 60 in our group. The house is super quiet, the showers have great water pressure, and everyone had privacy. We chose to do most of the cooking at the house and spend time enjoying the view. We did get to town via taxi a few times and had a really nice dinner out. All the amenities are very close by. We hit the beach, bars and restaurants, did some shopping and went to the spa - all within a 10 minute cab ride or less. Alejandra met us at the house and had done our grocery shopping for us. It was so nice to arrive with the house already stocked! Thank you to Suzanne for hosting us. We will be in touch about our 2017 trip :)

Wonderful Relaxing Family Vacation

This home is wonderful and looks just like the pictures. There were 8 adults and 1 child staying and it was very comfortable. The owner Suzanne was easy to work with and helpful. Alejandra did a great job as the house manager. A little hard to get a hold of by email but easy once we met and talked face to face. We had a few issues the first couple of days of our stay but between the owner Suzanne and Alejandra we got them all worked out and the rest of the week was fabulous. The beach is a short walk away and very beautiful but it is not a swimming beach, we even took family portraits at the beach from a local photographer. If you want to go to a beach that you can swim in it is a very short car ride away. All the bedrooms are downstairs which was very nice because if you wanted to nap or sleep in you really can't hear what is going up stairs. We spent much of our week just relaxing at the home swimming and bbqing. Cabo has some great restaurants and shopping if you want to venture into town. The Pedregal area is very nice with beautiful homes all around. I would definitely get turn by turn directions from the owner because it can be confusing finding that home at first especially at night. It was a great vacation and will definitely becoming back to Cabo. We would absolutely recommend staying at this home!

Beautiful View, great location!

The property is clean and well kept. We felt very comfortable and safe during our stay. Suzanne is great and very easy to get ahold of. The house manager is not very responsive over email, but once you arrive in MX she is always available and very helpful. The food she made us was delicious-- although she definitely is used to catering to Americans who don't have a pallet for traditional Mexican food. As someone from San Diego, I really had to encourage her to provide us with more authentic options (I.e. Doritos are not "authentic" tortilla chips). I think she's just used to catering to people who don't appreciate the local cuisine as much. A little bit of Spanish goes a long way in this instance! All in all, we had a wonderful time, enjoyed the pool, house, and city! I would 100% stay here again!

Beautiful environment and views. Very relaxing and fun for a family.

Alejandra did a great job. The property was in working order, clean and functional on arrival. When there were plumbing or appliance issues they were dealt with very rapidly. We had a wonderful time The beach is very approachable and near a small playground. At the time we were there in October the beach was not available for swimming due to rogue waves and a steep drop off. This did not inhibit our visit at all because we had small children and elderly. The air conditioning was great. We enhanced our stay by hiring a cook for evening meals which made the trip fabulous

Absolute Relaxation

The photos accurately depict the property. It's very, very cute. Since this was not a peak season, there were times we had the Pedregal beach all to ourselves. We could just sit and watch the waves and feel the ocean breeze. It was fantastic. Every day there was an ocean breeze, so it never felt too hot. You can also hear the waves crashing from the house. We'd sit out every night, listen to the wind and the wave, and watch the stars. We had a minor problem with air conditioning one day, and a light in the laundry room went out, but both were remedied immediately. Suzanne and Alejandra were very pleasant to work with and talk to. Cabo San Lucas the city/town is a bit dissapointing as everything is priced for the wealthy. You weren't really able to negotiate much in shops. We spent one day in Todos Santos, and that definitely had more of the small Mexican town feel that we were missing in Cabo. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this property. The Pedregal subdivision is another highlight. Driving around looking at the beautiful, different architecture of the homes was amazing.

PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT !!!!

We struck gold when choosing Suzanne's Caso on VRBO. Awesome house, awesome pool, awesome view of the Pacific (whales and cruise ships included)!! More than enough room for the 6 of us; we were very comfortable. My husband used the fitness center in Pedregal (very economical)..he enjoyed the fabulous view while working out and there is a lap pool as well !! We enjoyed dinners out and shopping in Cabo as well as meals at the Casa (brand new barbeque..thankyou Alejandra). Couldn't have asked for a more wonderful vacation and I believe the home and location are the best value in Pedregal. Can't wait to return. Cheers, Karen

Wonderful Vacation

We spent a glorious 12 days in this Pedregal home. There were 6 of us staying here including 2 ladies over 80, and we all enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect with more than enough space for us all . We spent our days reading, relaxing, walking the beach, cooling off in the refreshing pool that was just steps from our loungerS !! The view of the Pacific was wonderful and we did spot some whales. My husband made use of the fitness center in Pedregal (just a very short drive away). Nothing like exercising while looking at a breathtaking view (there is a lap pool there as well. The manager (Alejandra) was there to greet us and was very helpful. She also brought and put together a new barbeque for our use ! We ate at the house as well as in Cabo (it was nice to have the choice). In my opinion, we couldn't have chosen a more beautiful home to enjoy our vacation and I believe it gives a renter their best bang for their buck. Thanks Suzanne, and we look forward to returning.

Great Vacation Home

The photos of this home do not do it justice! The property is well maintained and very conducive to anybody's needs. We had such a great time staying at Casa de Pablo! The view is amazing and it was so relaxing to lay by the pool and watch all of the whales playing in the ocean. The location of the property is perfect, you are very close to Medano beach where you can see all that goes on in Cabo and when you are over the crowds you can go back to the house within 5 min. It is also very easy to walk to the beach to watch the beautiful sunsets. You will not be disappointed if you rent this home!! My husband and I stayed here with friends but we will definitely be bringing our whole family back!
