1st Level of the Home:
This Indigo Reef residence is thoughtfully designed, featuring a charming deck, fully equipped kitchen, inviting living room, and dining area, complemented by a convenient guest bath on the first level. Step onto the spacious porch from the living room and immerse yourself in the breathtaking sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico.
2nd Level of the Home:
The second level boasts a master suite with a King size bed and ensuite bathroom. Step onto the second-story balcony from the master bedroom and soak in the panoramic views of the Gulf. Two additional bedrooms offer comfort with a Queen size bed and two Twin size beds, along with another guest bathroom. For added convenience, the laundry area is conveniently located upstairs as well.
PARKING - NO TRAILERS of any kind are permitted on the Indigo Reef property.
BOATS & TRAILERS - If you are bringing a boat & trailer you will want to make storage arrangements prior to arrival with one of the local companies. - Your rental does include a boat slip with a maximum vessel length of 31' * The Moose Lodge: (305) 481-7187 - 11601 1st Ave Gulf. This is a trailer storage option and located directly across the street from the Indigo Reef Community. Please call for pricing and make arrangements ahead of arrival. * Michael Robulock: (305) 394-0945 – 970 Overseas Hwy, Marathon. This is a trailer park option with a vacant lot located at the end of 69th Street. Pricing is $100 per week or $200 per month.

Not the experience we’ve come to expect at Indigo Reef
We’ve stayed at quite a few properties in Indigo Reef and have come to realize it’s the best place to go for our vacations to the Keys. With that being said, we know the level of expectation when staying here and this time, it was not there with this property.
As we arrived, we found construction on property that we were not notified of. We received a text asking if we were bringing a boat, so that would have been the perfect time to let us know that there was construction on the docks as they were being updated. Construction that blocks the beautiful view of the sunset and water, we’ve come to expect. On top of this, we had construction going on directly next door. All of this early in the morning, when we spent quite a bit for a peaceful vacation with our family. A vacation that my husband and I work hard for all year.
On top of this, the property we are staying in is not what we expect when staying in Indigo. It was poorly stocked to the minimum. Our tvs would not work properly, but had to share one remote that we finally figured out how to work for all the tvs. We’ve paid less at Indigo and had a much better experience.

Great resort
Townhouse was very clean and larger than the pictures looked. Plenty of space and the views were amazing. Picture perfect sunset every night we were here over Christmas break! I was worried the pool would be over crowded due to the holiday, but we always found a couple free lounge chairs. Loved having our boat right out the door. Great offshore fishing with easy access to the ocean side.l through Vaca Cut. So many friendly people who were at the resort as renters and as owners of other units. Tucked back away from it all but close for plenty of stores and dining. Loved the resort so much were considering buying! FYI This is a very pet friendly resort, even though this particular unit did not permit pets. Great week!
