The condo had plenty of room for everyone. It was close to the beach (had to walk a block) and shopping. Be aware that there are no beach towels and only one roll of toilet paper is supplied per bathroom.

We highly recommend this property if you love Myrtle Beach as much as we do. Our premier host, John and Maggie were fabulous as well as the property manager. Lisa. Check-in was easy and seamless. So much room and filled with just about every need of any family and their love of the beach. It was a great set-up, plenty of room, and close to the beach. The neighborhood is not in the best part of town, but we felt safe, especially staying together as a group. We would have liked it to be cleaner, but overall great stay. I am not sure if it was a Myrtle Beach thing or what, but we smelled weed everywhere when we went out...outside the condo, at the beach, walking around.

Family Birthday Trip

This property was perfect for us. Very clean and had more than enough space for all of us. Short walk to the beach and the kids loved the pool, hot tub, and water sprinklers. Condo has plenty of utensils to cook and eat with. We will definitely book this room again!!

Spacious Condo. Great for large groups.

The condo worked great for our large group with kids. Had everything we needed. Hosts were fantastic and entry was easy. Beds comfortable and condo was clean. Kids enjoyed the pool area. We only wished the property crew/person would have came more than once as with crowds on the weekends and over time the hot tub, pools and kiddy area became clouded with lots of debris. Noise carried quite loudly on the balconies , (echo between buildings) but noise was minimal inside the condo. Lots of places to walk to and enjoy. Friendly’s was a favourite for ice cream and minutes away. Busy road made it a little worrisome when crossing with young ones everyday to the beach but doable. It’s a short walk once across. Overall we enjoyed our stay! :)

We did not get to do all we wanted due to Hurricane Debby. Some of the sheets had to be washed before they could be slept in. The condo fit all eleven of us. We did not feel crowded.

Perfect for Large Busy Family

Well equipped kitchen, spacious, lots of seating. Located a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. Five minutes from the boardwalk. On a very busy street. Fun to people watch from the balcony. Lazy river and water splash park is fun for the kids, but makes the balcony extremely noisy. Place needs a good cleaning.

Always room for improvement

The check in process was easy and convenient. The communication was exceptional. Access to the beach was easy and convenient. The condo was very clean with the exception of the floors. We kept shoes on our feet to keep them from turning black due to the buildup on the floors. The other renters had little to no respect for the rules and there was no one present to enforce the rules. We had many sleepless nights due to the amount of early morning parties that were going on, especially in the pool area. The neighborhood had many hostile people who made walking around, especially at night, very uncomfortable.Our family loved the size of the unit and it accommodated us all very well.

Great stay for the family

This was a great choice to accommodate our family. Easily accommodates a large family and is located right across the street from the beach. Stores and food options are all within walking distance and the condo is pretty clean. The only negative complaint from the whole family were the bugs flying around the condo biting everone the whole week we stayed there. We kept the condo pretty clean but every family member had bites so it would be great to have the condo exterminated. They were in the kitchen, the bathrooms, and bedrooms.

Thanks so much for taking the time to write a review and we're glad you enjoyed your vacation. In this hot, humid climate pest control is a must and all the condos are treated on a monthly basis. If there are mosquito’s etc in the unit it’s most likely the result of the balcony doors being left open. During the hot summer weeks, we ask for the balcony doors to be kept closed as it helps keeps the air conditioner functioning properly.

Thanksgiving Reunion

The place was awesome however the parking situation was not. We were told that the meters were free after November 1st however that was not the case. On top of paying for the condo, I had to cough up another $120 for the parking meters. Also on Friday night the guests right above our condo were having a party that lasted ALL night. They were running back and forth, scraping furniture across their floor and screaming obseneties from their balcony. The music was loud and it never stopped.

Exactly what we needed!

Myrtle Beach isn’t my favorite place but this villa was exactly what we needed. The rooms were spacious with plenty of storage. The kitchen and living room were larger than expected. The layout worked great for our group of mixed ages. I was worried that the pool area would be loud and crazy but it was actually very quiet. Although nights were loud and the location of the villa makes it difficult to not hear the traffic. A sound machine did the trick. The kitchen is not well stocked. Not even salt and pepper shakers however we only cooked breakfast therefore it wasn’t a big deal. Again, this villa was exactly what we needed at the time and the owners were welcoming and friendly to work with.

Will not be back was not as appeared in pictures

First, we were told that if the condo was ready early we could get in. Check in was 3:00 or 4:00pm. (Trying to forget this stay) Anyway most families hanging at the pool, were being allowed in their condos early but we hadn’t received any text, yet. We decided to start taking our bags and sitting with them outside of the condo. The maintenance worker saw us and said “I think that condo has been ready for a while. You should be able to get in.” He was correct, we contacted the management office and they said that yes we could get in and sent us a code. Not sure they would have even contacted us if we hadn’t called them first. So we get in and the condo appears to be clean at first. There is a layer of permanent dirt on the floor. We wore flips flops the whole we. We bought a broom and dust pan because the one in the condo was filthy and sweep everyday. There were roaches before and after the exterminator came. (Yes, the bugs from other reviews) There was black mold in the bathrooms. One of the shower curtains was lined with mold at the bottom. Mold around the handles and spouts. The tub in the master bedroom at mold in the jets. Most of the furniture in the common area needs replaced. The carpet in the main room is filthy. The balcony is great for drying towels and clothes but it is difficult to see the pool. The pool (lazy river) was the best feature. Great for kids. The splash area has never been updated and appears to be neglected. Not worth the price.

Great family time

I traveled with a party of 9. We had plenty of room and a wonderful time. There were only a couple items that would have made our stay better. The pool is only 3 ft deep all the way around, the older kids (Age 9 and 12) quickly got bored with that and wanted to go to the beach all day, which the younger kids in our group (2 and <1) couldn’t handle. The only other downside was the cleaning. I expected more since we pay a pretty hefty cleaning fee, especially during the crazy COVID times we are living in. There was jelly still smeared on the kitchen table and a lot of old food in and under the couch, luckily we didn’t need to sleep on the sofa bed, I don’t know that I would have wanted anyone to do that. We broke out the Lysol wipes as soon as we arrived to clean everything up. But for the most part, our group really enjoyed ourselves. Location to the beach was great and we were within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

I’m sorry you had any problem with the cleaning. During the peak season when we have back to back rentals the cleaning companies do not move the furniture as this is done during the deep cleans in the spring and fall. Their main focus has been on making sure those commonly touched areas are disinfected and may have missed something. I have passed your comments onto our property manager and he has addressed with the cleaning crew. Enjoy the rest of your summer, stay safe and we hope you’ll stay with us again should you return to Myrtle Beach.

Well stocked & Roomy, but difficult to heat in Winter

Everything we needed, with the exception of kitchen tongs. Space was well laid out and the new LVP floors are beautiful. Beds were ok, not the most comfy, but I’ve slept on worse. Plenty of bath towels, although at least one was questionably clean. Everything worked as it should. We stayed during Christmas when the weather was extremely cold. With the unit being on the first floor above the parking garage, the concrete slab floor had brisk, cold wind circulating below us and the floor was like ice which made it impossible to get warm even with the heat on 75. We all found it necessary to keep our shoes and coats on throughout our stay at the condo. However, we made the best of it and had a good time. It was remarkably quiet even with another large family in the neighboring condo. Management was quick to respond throughout the process. Overall, we would recommend.

Pros: - The location was good with a public beach right across the road. It seemed somewhat centrally located. I can’t say much more than that to compare to other properties as we haven’t stayed at many. - Having the garage was great - it kept our vehicles cool with a bit more protection from the public. - The pool area was clean, but kind of small for adults. The pool itself was very clean. - Good size unit for 14 - The A/C was cold - it had a lot of cooking supplies and the decor was nice Cons: - The unit was not the cleanest. The floors under beds and tables demonstrated how little care was taken to clean. Or it was rushed. - Our coffee table was falling apart which we fixed ourselves. - The walls were filthy in areas and we found garbage in some drawers. - The shower curtains clearly had mold and mildew built up at the bottoms which was a huge turnoff. - the beds are not comfortable, at all. You can see them bowing in the middle.

I wish you had reached out to the property management who's contact info was provided in your check-in info. They would have had someone out to take care of your concerns. The cleaning company we use does their best during the busy season but sometimes things can be missed. They would have appreciated the opportunity to make it right for you. You didn't specify which beds were a problem but we had our property manager inspect them following your stay. They found no issue with either the mattresses or bed frames. All but two of the mattresses were replaced within the last year with the remaining two scheduled for replacement this fall. We hope you'll consider staying in one of our condos should you return to Myrtle Beach. Thanks for your business!

Great Condo, Great Location, but there are some things to think about...

We usually rent a large beach house in North Myrtle but this year we had a much smaller group so we looked for something a bit smaller, this condo suited our needs quite well. The condo is well appointed and spacious and conveniently located one level above the parking garage. Lucky for us, we had great weather all week and greatly appreciated the short walk across the street to the beach. There is also a market close by to pick up odds and ends which turned out to be quite useful. Now, there are somethings with the condo that are 100% out of control of the owners. Also keep in mind we were in Myrtle the busiest week of the year. First off, it's noisy. Three of the four bedrooms are on S. Ocean Boulevard, the cars, motorcycles, mopeds, golf cars, trucks etc. go up and down the street all hours of the night, which makes for quite a lot of noise in the bedrooms. The pool was closed one day and we were not notified why or when it would re-open. When I called the leasing office, they had no idea what was going on and had to call me back. Not a big deal, but still a pain none the less, not something we are used to. Also, it's not really a "pool" per say, but a lazy river with a kiddie area and it gets quite crowded in the afternoon. But the BIGGEST ISSUE, by far is the parking. We counted 40 parking spaces (after subtracting 8 compact car spaces and 4 handicapped spaces) for the two condo buildings, with a total of 40 condos, that makes for one parking space per condo. We received 3 parking passes for our condo alone, assuming each condo is giving out multiple passes per unit, there certainly is not enough parking. Adjacent to the authorized parking area is a completely empty lot, that was not being used, even the busiest week of the season. It's quite a pain to come home after a family evening out and have to drive around for hours looking for a space, hoping someone leaves from the authorized parking areas. We were not so lucky one night and parked in the adjacent lot (with several other people from our condos) and sure enough, as we suspected we got towed. It's our own fault of course, a $250 mistake, but not sure what else we were supposed to do since there were literally zero parking spaces available. Seemed quite odd to us that there were not enough parking spaces available but a completely empty lot literally two feet away that multiple people from our condo were getting towed from all week. Just some things to think about...

Thanks so much for taking the time to write a review and for understanding that some of these things are in fact out of our control. Thanks also for qualifying your comments about your stay being at the busiest time of year. Regardless however there are some things in your post that are inaccurate that I would like to correct regarding the parking situation. We have a total of 84 parking spaces to serve a total of 28 units (both 4 and 6 Br) at the Villas. The 6 BR units are two story units therefore it might appear that there are more units than actually exist. To your point however parking is at a premium particularly this time of year and no doubt it can be frustrating to deal with. Part of this is actually due to the popularity of this complex with its abundant space and proximity to the beach and other amenities. During peak rental season and at full capacity there is a shortage of parking spaces not only at our resort but others as well. The situation becomes exacerbated when vehicles from neighboring resorts park illegally at our resort. Our property manager is vigilant about monitoring this situation and will tow unauthorized vehicles, and of course the other resorts will do the same. During this peak period we advise our guests who might have concerns about this to purchase a weekly pass from the city ($30) that allows them to park in any metered space surrounding our resort. Thank you for allowing us to address this issue and hopefully it will be beneficial for our future guests as well as those who choose to return.

We were looking for a condo within walking distance to the beach as parking is very difficult during prime seasons. We also wanted a newer building with larger rooms, higher ceiling, and modern amenities. Built in 2007, this building has all of this. Lastly we wanted a property that was centrally located, close to family activities as well as golf courses and that would offer something for every age group.
