Perfect for a large family or a 2 family vacation rental. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental in Indian Shores is a 3 minute walk to the beach, public beach access directly across the street, see pictures. Large living room area, plenty of dining room seating and a fully equipped kitchen. Condominium complex has all the amenities, heated pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis, pickle ball, boat docks, fishing pier and putting green. The condo offers easy access to popular attractions that will keep you and your crew entertained during your trip. Watch sunsets while you stroll the coast, savor local cuisine, or go shopping to find the perfect souvenir!

Perfect Family Getaway

This condo is everything it promises and more! Beautiful views, an easy walk to the beach, well-appointed, and exceptionally clean. We stayed comfortably with a large family that included children ranging in age from 3 to 16—there was something for everyone and plenty of space to spread out.We had a minor issue with the coffee pot, and the owner was incredibly kind and responsive—had it fixed right away! The service was top-notch.Honestly, it’s the best of both worlds—you get stunning views of boats coming through the channel and the ocean, right from the balconies. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

I would rent this condo every vacation if I could. Plenty of room for everyone. The night time view on the balcony was gorgeous!!!

This property is wonderful. The view is amazing! The place has everything you need if you are heading to the beach or staying in and preparing a meal. The owners kept in contact in case you needed something. We would definitely book this property again. 5 star all the way around. .

Spring trip with the family

We loved our time at this property! Beautiful views, close to the beach, nice location. The condo is lovely, spacious and comfortable and very well-stocked. Trent responded immediately to any questions. We definitely hope to stay here again.

This place was stocked with all kinds of amenities that we needed. The location was perfect walking distance to beach. The owner was amazing to deal with. He made sure we had what we needed for our stay. Highly recommend. Definitely would book again.

Condo had everything we needed for the beach and many kitchen essentials. Beautiful views and quick beach access. Owner was incredibly responsive and checked in with us daily. Highly recommend.

The perfect condo

The condo was amazing, had great views and plenty of room for our family of 10 (adults and children). Communication was was great from host Trent before and during our stay. The condo had everything we could have needed from cooking to going to the beach, we enjoyed our trip and would definitely stay again.

Manatees and dolphins Oh My!

We loved our stay and seeing manatees and dolphins daily. You are on the intercoastal but can watch the sunset from the corner balcony. Great kitchen, fully stocked for Thanksgiving cooking! Thanks for the perfect family week.

Views, views, views!

The condo was amazing and is in a great location. Very clean, as advertised and had everything you needed for the beach including a wagon, chairs, and coolers. Pickleball, tennis equipment, and covered parking was a great touch. We even saw dolphins from the condo balcony. The owner responded back quickly and was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredibly Wonderful!

I have stayed at several properties in the small beach towns along the gulf coast of Florida and this was hands down the best one. The owner Trent was so great regarding communication and making things as simple as possible. The location was incredible as well. We loved being on the intercoastal with just a brief walk to the beach. And the view from the large balcony - mind blowing! Thank you for having us! We truly enjoyed ourselves to the max!!

Vacation 2025

Trent’s condo is exactly how the property was portrayed at booking. This was the first Florida trip for my family in 8 years and we decided to fly which was a huge concern for us not having what we wanted with us. Trent has gone above and beyond to make sure the condo is fully stocked with glasses, cookware, and appliances. Not to mention Trent has 10 beach chairs, a wagon, beach toys, and towels for the stay. This was a huge relief and gave us peace of mind. The absolute only thing my family could come up with that we would like the condo to have is ceiling fans (haha).If you’re thinking of booking this condo absolutely do it! It accommodated 8 comfortably for our stay. We will be back!

Lovely penthouse, with a great location.

We loved everything about this property, especially the location, the floor plan worked great for our family and was so spacious. The pool and hot tub were nice and we used them everyday. Just a short walk to the beach, the wagon that was provided made hauling beach gear so smooth. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to booking again in the future. My 3 year old didn't want to leave . Thanks for such a nice stay.

Perfect Family Vacation Location

Excellent location close to the beach and restaurants. The condo is beautiful, pictures on the website don’t do it justice. Very roomy and comfortable for our family of 9. The views from the terrace are awesome! The amenities are great and the condo is well stocked. My two adult sons were not happy with their beds but Trent assured me this is being taken care of. Trent is a wonderful host and we would definitely return in the future!

Amazing view

The condo is very nice with an amazing view. The location is on the intracoastal with lots of dolphins and boats moving about. The beach is a quick walk with convenient crossing areas and a trolley stop out front. Lots of great restaurants and coffee shops and mini golf are all within walking distance. If looking for. 3 BR with a view of the intracoastal this is a great choice. Property host was quick to respond with any questions.

Penthouse with a View!

This penthouse had an amazing view! We saw lots of Florida wildlife and sunsets from our balcony. The accommodations were great for a family vacation and the owners made sure everything you needed was readily available. Trent was in contact prior to check in with all the necessary information, and continued to check in to make sure everything was going good. Highly recommend this penthouse!

Beautiful view!

Trent was the perfect host. The unit had an amazing view of the intercostal and we also could see the beach. Daily dolphin and other aquatic animal sightings from the balcony. Very short walk to the beach. The unit was VERY well stocked with everything we needed for our stay and for the beach. Plenty of space for our 3 families. The pool was great to cool off and fishing pier was great! Quiet neighborhood and facility.

Great Experience in Indian Shores!

Trent was a great host! He communicated with throughout out stay. He was quick to respond and supportive. The condo has amazing views from the balcony of the ocean and inlet. Also, the condo was fully stocked with everything you need except for food and your clothes. It was truly a great experience. Thank you, Trent!
