The view is even more enjoyable while you’re floating in the heated pool or reclining on the sun loungers. Enjoy a waterside barbecue at its finest with the provided gas grill and an outdoor seating area cooled by both the seaside breeze and ceiling fan.

The patio is so peaceful the only sounds you’ll hear are wind rustling the palms and water lapping against the dock, where you can watch for a passing dolphin or manatee while reclining in the chairs. If you want to explore the water on a more personal level, then take the two provided kayaks or stand up paddle board out for an adventure. If you are feeling adventurous, bring your own boat and tie it up at the dock. This is a direct Gulf access home and only a 7 minute ride out to the Gulf and your favorite fishing spot in the 10,000 Islands. There are also bicycles available if you want to explore the island by pedal power.

The intricately decorated interior is a coastal dream in its own right. Modern furnishings blend with seaside décor, and the gleam of the sunlight further enlivens the ambience. After your day in the sun, relax on the comfy couch and chairs and enjoy your shows on the television in the living room. The kitchen features barstools along the granite island countertop and comes with all modern appliances and cookware. Cook up a family-style dinner to enjoy on the wooden dining room table overlooking the canal or a seaside snack out on the patio.

The master suite features a television, en suite bathroom, and sliding door access to the patio. The other bedrooms are every bit as inviting, with stylish décor and plenty of closet and drawer space.

We want your stay to be nothing short of perfect, so the home offers comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. It even comes with everything you need for the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, cooler, and umbrella for the short drive to the blue waters and silken white sands of the Paradise Coast. Go snorkeling, search for shells, or simply watch dolphins frolic in the surf.

The home is located in historic Olde Marco. Stroll through the brick courtyards of Royal Palm Drive, where small tin-roofed shops bring the island’s colorful history to life then stop for a meal and live entertainment at Marco Island landmark, Snook Inn.

You can also enjoy shopping and fine dining at the nearby Esplanade.
