The Space:
Enjoy some of the best views not only at the Legacy Villas Community, but in all of La Quinta! Located right next to a large grassy lawn overlooking extraordinary mountain views and a beautiful fountain!

This downstairs lock off studio includes a spacious bedroom with an upgraded King size bed, cozy fireplace, Desk and flatscreen TV with cable and streaming capabilities. The Master Bathroom has a walk in shower and a large soaking tub. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, sink, and your choice of a Keurig coffee maker or standard drip coffee maker. The kitchenette is fully stocked with dishes and flatware to make your stay comfortable. Open the back patio doors to encapsulating views of the Santa Rosa Mountains and enjoy the peaceful sound of a nearby fountain. Enjoy the tranquility and spectacular views that set this Villa apart from all of the rest!

Tranquil Location

Looking for a relaxing stay this is your place. The Legacy Villas were well maintained, quiet location with pool and clubhouse. The studio room great for 1 or 2 guests.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable. A little cramped. We probably would have been better off in a 1 bedroom but we were late to the game in making our reservation.

Perfect location for tennis tournament

Just 7 miles from Indian Wells Tennis Center, this was a perfect home base location. We spent most of our time off property, although the pools looked lovely, had we had more time. The room was very clean, bathroom spacious, and the fireplace and patio added to the ambiance. We would definitely stay here again.

Mini Vacation

Great property! Clean, quiet and beautiful. We would definitely come back. It had everything we needed, but next time we would get a bigger place. However our studio was very spacious. We loved the big bathroom and private patio!! I would highly recommend it.

Location is amazing

Desert, mountain, sun and amazing views. We enjoy La Quinta, Legacy Villas and the Condo location within the property is perfect. The condo itself could use a new bed and some TLC. Bed had a mattress topper, pillows had no support left, carpet and furniture is very worn. But, most of our time was spent on the lovely patio, walking the property or at the pools. Communication was easy.

A lovely interlude

This studio was just right for 2 people. Every inch in this studio was maximized so, even though it was a studio-it didn't feel cramped. The natural gas fireplace was nice after using the pools and hot tub. The fountains and pools and grapefruit trees were enchanting. The unit needs a little updating as it has seen some good use, but that is just a small observation.

2 days of resort type getaway

Beautiful interior and grounds. My wife fell ill (not seriously) ill and the weather was cloudy and some sprinkles so our entertainment for some time was reading and TV. The TV was not operating. A man got it up and running stating a whole new system was coming soon after we leave. 11 parking spots were available but 7 were for disabled people . We are not disabled.

Excellent Stay

The unit is beautiful and impeccably clean. The first night some random device was chirping all night and the bed was horribly uncomfortable. I grumpily called the rental office the next morning and was amazed with the excellent customer service I received, so unusual today! The manager gave me permission to be reimbursed for a foam mattress topper, which improved the comfort well enough. Although I would still recommend a new mattress. And they fixed the chirping and the rest of the stay was wonderful.

Needs Attention

We've been coming to Legacy Villas for many years and to this point, have always had an excellent experience. Not this time. Without going into all the details, I'll just say that the A/C unit that is in the ceiling runs at roughly 75-80 decibels and blows an intense stream of cold air directly on your face while trying to sleep. And since the ceiling fan does not work, when the A/C is off, the room is very stuffy. When it's on, between the noise and the blowing air, nobody can sleep. The place needs a LOT of both TLC and deferred maintenance. Do not recommend, there are plenty of other alternatives in this great complex.

Not what it seems

This is a lock in unit. Materially smaller than the pictures. The connection door to the master unit had a quarter inch gap- you could hear every word from the older couple staying there AND more. Worst experience and the agency handling the property refused to do anything. We left early and will dispute the charges. We may never use VRBO again after this.

The devil is in the details

The room itself was acceptable for the most part, but there were issues. Just outside the front door was a nice planter, in which sat a long-dead plant. Not a pleasant way to greet the property.The door code did not work. I got a backup code, but someone should test the codes when they are changed after every visit, The carpet abutting the tiles in front of the patio door was so threadbare that I could feel carpet tacks. I had to put a towel over them to spare my feetThe door to the adjoining room was so thin that we could clearly hear our neighbors as they went about their morning routines. This should be changed. It is hideously annoying to hear the neighbors. These are all small details that can be easily fixed and would make the stay some much more fun and restful.
