Lovely home, and the hot tub was fabulous. Well furnished and the bed was so comfy. The area of Estrella is wonderful.

Great property, met all our expectations and then some! The close proximity to the beautiful lakes and Starpoint was awesome; enjoyed a daily walk and workout. Roland and Patty were very helpful with suggestions on things to do and responsive with any questions. Really wonderful hosts! Would absolutely book this property again.

We had a great stay. Patricia is an excellent host—very easy to communicate with and incredibly accommodating. The house is very comfortable, well equipped and has a very quiet, peaceful back yard. We've stayed in Estrella Mountain Ranch before and really liked how close this home is to the lakes for relaxing morning walks.

Spring Training Vacay

Patricia goes above & beyond! Very accessible(both her & the location). She is very quick to respond & very communicative. Easy to get to shopping, restaurants & Goodyear Ballpark. House was very clean & comfortable & so was hot tub! Comfy king bed with plenty of linens & towels. Great neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

This home has been our personal home for years and we treat all our guests like a good old friend! I love taking care of people, decorating the home and adding special touches to enhance your comfort! If I could cook for you I would!! I am available by phone or text and I will respond quickly Once you discover Estrella, You will come back over and over as many of our guests do!! Warm welcome and small town feel even though we are growing fast we have made so many connections with wonderful people! That's what makes it for us. It's the warm friendly people and so many activities and groups to join! We call it the Paradise bubble! Estrella is a Master Planned Community by Newland and well thought out and designed for lifestyle, with lakes, parks, green spaces, bike paths and trails, shopping , Golf, Dinning and tons more all with in the "Bubble" You never need to leave.. it's all here. So if you like a slower pace and trying to escape the busy city this is it! Situated in a desert mountain backdrop with Sonoran wilderness surround. We are here loving winters and even a little Hot summer in the pools!!
Pools and Fitness centers available to long term guest by the way!! Check us out!

My home is quiet and cozy peaceful and relaxing not to big just enough feels like a warm hug. Situated across from South Lake
And Park Side you will enjoy an abundance of desert dwelling birds like the Road Runner Cactus Wren and Love Birds!! The occasional singing of coyote! Hanging out in the hot tub at night stargazing is one of our favorite things to! The House it self has vaulted high ceilings and open door arch ways creates a bigger feel for the 1560 sqft size! Hard surface laminate floors are new and lush new carpet in bedrooms for warmth and cozy feel. Nice open concept kitchen for cooking if you must! We love our fireplace in the winter for marshmallows and hot chocolate. Our local grocery store is 5 minutes and Itallian food and all the bistros and cafes are just 5 minutes. South lake is the older more original part of Estrella and the location can't be beat for the old world Mediterranean style landscaping, large grassy open spaces & proximity to all the amenities.. house was built in 2004. Not fully Renovated but upgraded in all the right places while still upholding the original impeccable charm.
The home is very well cared for & loved with a little sprinkling of soft ocean vibes decor to tie it all together. Thank you for considering our home for your precious vacation time! 💕
