This one of a kind vacation home sleeps 10/12 comfortably with 5 spacious bedrooms and elevator. The 2nd and 3rd floor bedrooms have private balconies with ocean breezes. The 1st floor bedrooms have direct and private access to the front and rear outdoor areas.
4 out of the 5 bedrooms have private ensuite full bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

1st Floor:

The 1st floor boasts 2 bedrooms and a sun-drenched living area / recreation room with smart TV, ESPN basketball hoop game, ice maker, mini fridge, separate wine fridge, and a double reclining sofa. The 1st bedroom with ensuite bath featuring double vanity sink plus direct access to the rear travertine patio with pool/spa and seating.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds with direct access to the front porch and garden seating.

2nd Floor:

The 2nd floor features a breathtaking open floor plan with double height ceilings and windows bathed in natural sunlight with views of the sand dunes and ocean. Chefs kitchen with large 6 burner stove and granite counter-tops. Includes a Keurig K-Café Special Edition Single Serve Coffee & Cappuccino Maker and Drip Coffee Machine.
The main living area/great room includes an 84-inch smart TV, oversized formal dining room table, and 6 comfy bar stools along the bar height kitchen countertop.
You will love the fabulous outdoor balcony with dining and lounging space and outdoor speakers. Simply perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine as you watch the sunset and feel the ocean breeze. This floor also includes a super spacious bedroom with Queen size bed, sitting area, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom, power recliner, and private balcony with sliver of ocean views. The balcony also over looks the pool and spa.

3rd Floor

The 3rd floor showcases a grand primary bedroom with king size bed, generous walk in closet, seating area, and a wonderful private balcony with unobstructed Ocean views and outdoor furniture. Spacious ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double vanity sink and an automatic Toto Washlet toilet with heated seat.
The final bedroom boasts 2 FULL size beds with ensuite bathroom with private balcony with ocean views. The 3rd floor also includes a "Captain's watch" sitting area with ocean views and a Peloton bike with workout mat and light weights. Be sure to grab the binoculars to watch the passing boats on the horizon.

The rear of the house is a private oasis on all 3 sides with a fully paved travertine stone, pool, and spa. It features multiple seating areas, 6 person outdoor dining table and chairs with umbrella, elevated cushioned seating around the pool, Propane grill, and a spacious outdoor shower. Available April through October, the gunite salt-water pool & spa includes multiple waterfall features to help truly escape and relax in your vacation home away from home.

Technology: Our home includes 5 smart TVs ranging from 42 to 84 inches, Alexa echo devices are on every floor including living areas and some bedrooms. The home includes built-in speakers in all living areas, which are controlled by a central Sonos device that you can conveniently control with Alexa.
The Garage includes a Tesla Home Charger.

What's nearby: Walking distance to the Wawa convenience store, Sea Star Gift Shop, Rita's Italian ices and frozen custard, Ocean beverage liquor store, Yanni's cafe, Andre's Italian, the Crab Shack, Soulberri, Smile Factory Arcade,
St. Thomas RC Church, and many others. Please note that some business are seasonal.

For a bit of night life you can travel 15 minutes to Atlantic City, NJ and dine at the Borgata Hotel & Casino and see a show or a concert at The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Tanger Outlets and Historic Smithville are a short drive away.

Limited mobility issues: The front of the house is accessible with a single step in the garage or two steps in the main entrance. The elevator allows full access throughout the property. The rear travertine patio and pool area is accessible from the first floor with no steps.

This vacation home has everything you need to make your vacation perfect and memorable -- the beach is just at the end of the block/ less than a 3 minute walk for ocean lovers and the dazzling pool is a perfect alternative for those that prefer more relaxation and privacy. Beach gear includes beach tags, a Cool Cabana, 12 beach chairs, beach wagon, 2 Boogie Boards, 4 Skim Boards and 3 beach umbrellas.
For sun-sensitive guests, the pool area becomes shady by mid-afternoon.
