This centrally located and beautiful home is semi-oceanfront - just 220 ft from the beach access! Only a short walk to shopping and dining at Timbuck II and Monteray Plaza. Experience what the Northern Outer Banks has to offer! Enjoy the new 16x30 pool, relax with your family, watch the kiddos splash and play, or take an evening dip in the 6-person hot tub!

Bottom Level: Living area with wet bar, a full-size fridge and microwave. An additional room with two bunk beds and a full bath. Just outside a large pool that is a great size for the entire family, along with a hot tub, also a charcoal park grill.

Mid-Level: King bedroom with private deck, a bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower, and a flat-screen TV; King bedroom with a bathroom and TV; Queen bedroom and a Pyramid bed that shares a bathroom; both rooms have flat-screen TVs. You'll also find a laundry area on this floor.

Top Level: Beautifully decorated open floor plan offering a large living room with an oversized L-shaped sofa. The kitchen features a bar that is perfect for putting out a spread for Happy Hour or serving up breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The kitchen has two dishwashers and is well stocked with a crockpot, skillets, a coffee maker flex to make a pot or a single cup of coffee, and a blender. Additionally, there is a Master King bedroom with a TV and a bathroom with a lovely walk-in shower. There is also a half bath that is located just off the great room.
