Luxurious 4BD/3BA private villa awaits! This home features over 2K sq. ft. of living space with a luxury master suite & modern open floor plan throughout. We offer many updated amenities to make your stay unforgettable. Included features are room darkening curtains, fully stocked kitchen, beach accessories, kid-friendly & a new private pool to name a few. We are 20 min. from all Disney Attractions but secluded enough to offer some deserved R&R for you & your family.

The home has a beautiful all one floor layout with wheelchair accessibility to round out your experience. This home has keyless entry, smart home tech. and a dedicated workspace. The outdoor pool and patio can be seen from every angle of the home and maintains a regular schedule to keep it . There is a driveway as well as off street parking. Each room is very spacious, and all beds are equipped with premium quality bedding to ensure the most restful night's sleep.

Guests have access to the whole house including the indoor/inground pool and patio . You have your choice of local fine dining, luxury shopping and world class golfing all within a 5-10 mile radius. Please note there will be additional fees for excessive and/or improper discarding/disposal of trash.

The villa is equipped with 5G Wi-Fi for the fastest streaming experience to ensure reliability and lightning speeds. Common areas are complete with top-of-the-line furniture and products to make your vacation is as pleasant and serene as possible. You will not be disappointed!

This place is Absolutely Beautiful and near your big Disney parks and Universal Studios etc. The beds were truly amazing and comfortable! House big and spacious could hold a huge family! The owners were always responsive when needed and helped me through a few things when asked so very appreciative of that! Would def recommend and would rent again for our next Vaca! Thank you!

Pros: the host was quick to reply to my messages. There were all the amenities you could need. It was easy to get to. The beds were VERY comfortable. Cons: the floors and bathrooms looked dirty and outdated. I paid 225 for pool heat and it was not warm enough to swim until the third day. It took 3 cycles to dry clothes in the dryer.

Hi Debbie! Thank you for your review. your review is inaccurate considering you and your guests had nothing but great things to say about the property. You didn’t reach out during your stay with any concerns or questions after day 1 - check in. Property was clean and fully functional for you and your guests as well. Our pool team could see that one of your guests tried to alter the heat although it was at a constant 90 degrees. Finally, we did have the dryer checked out and was advised there was nothing wrong with it but the multiple cycles were probably because of heavy soaked loads of towels and clothing. In any case, we appreciate your feedback and hope you visit Florida again soon!

The house was lovely. It was fantastic linens and all the supplies that we needed was there so we didn’t have to travel with everything. Enjoyed time in the pool. Love the fireplace on the back porch. We definitely give it a five stars. Thank you very much.

Perfect Home

This house was perfect for our stay. It really had everything we wanted and needed, and more. The decor was beautiful, the toiletries, were nice to have on hand, and it was perfect for a relaxing atay.

Excellent hospitality and wonderful home.

We have 3 sons and my husband and self really enjoyed the home. Plenty of room and pictures are very accurate. Nice neighborhood it was very quiet when we were there which we stayed there month of June. Was a great place to kick back and relax after the hustle of activities and parks for a week. Communication was great. Very easy check in process.

Beautiful Home

If you’re looking for a place to accommodate your huge family, this is the one! The pool is great and very refreshing! The home is very up to date! It has everything you would want! Games to the pool to updated furniture and comfy beds! Great location! Any store or restaurant to coffee is a short drive! Traffic is crazy but our GPS took us on back roads! I’d definitely stay here again! The host is very kind and response really quickly, We had a mishap and she was on it and fixed it very quickly!

Great Stay

The house was great. Had a little trouble at the beginning with door code but that was more of a technical glitch and host was talking to me directly on phone and we got it worked out. Beds were SUPER comfortable and the house was a perfect size for our family. Only thing there are no ceiling fans in the 3 bedrooms only master but that can be seen in pics. Outside seating area near pool was nice. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home with excellent accommodations

The house was beautiful and everything that I expected from the pictures. The pictures are spot on for the way the house looks. The pool was clean and warm water pressure for shower is great house was clean and have no complaints at all. The only issue we had was trying to get the front door to lock other than that, I would say this day was pretty flawless and enjoyable for myself my kids, my fiancé, and my parents as well

Great Time

Loved the property. My family and I had a great time. Great floor plan with plenty of space. Plenty of towels and laundry room was very convenient. Our Host was gracious and took care of our needs promptly. We loved the pool, but the time of year created the need to pay extra to heat the pool and it was worth it. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for everything!

OK Stay but some disappointments

Overall the stay was OK. The property was easy to get to and the code to check-in worked fine. The landlord was very responsive and easy to connect with. About 25-35 min drive to Disney properties depending on the traffic was good too. Kitchen was well stocked for those who make meals at the house.A few other items that we found disappointing:- Only after deposit and booking did the landlord say there was an upcharge of 75/day for pool heater. This should have been clear beforehand in the property description when booking.- Upon arrival there was trash scattered over the driveway and the garbage bins were full to the top. Landlord sent someone the next day to clean it up.- Some of the amenities were not functional: patio tabletop fire pit was without propane, many of the outside lights didn't work- Pool service came to property before end of the stay and turned off pool heater. We only happened to know since we were there when it happened but we wouldn't have known had we been out. Landlord was quick in providing partial refund for this.

Arrived just to find out that there was no heat or hot water. Had to find somewhere else to stay.

The house was cold and had no hot water. The owner stated that she paid the bill last week. Our group was large and it was very inconvenient to find other housing arrangements. I did get a refund which took up to two weeks to get. The owner was so worried about me not having a party or event; she should have been more concerned with providing the services that she was advertising. We were in town for a funeral and had to scramble for housing as most locations were booked out. I was hurt, disappointed, embarrassed that I chose this property and had thus experience.

The renter disobeyed rules that she agreed to. She brought dogs into the home as well as had several more than 6 guests. She and her group had access to the home as of 7pm and never once complained about the heat. We received a call at 12:30am saying the heat was not working. We had the utility company out to the house as well as the HVAC team who installed the brand new heating system. There was nothing wrong with the heat per the HVAC team. They kept touching the thermostat settings so the heat never had time to kick on. We offered to give them a full refund since they were dissatisfied and did just that per their request. They then called after the refund was processed and asked if they could come back to the house. We declined because not only were we no longer covered by VRBO, but we didn’t want any further issues.

Not bad but definitely not perfect

While this house was definitely an ok rental, there are things that I would have liked to be aware of, so I feel that any other potential renter would also like to know. Two of the largest beds are extremely high off the floor. Very difficult to access for persons of average height. Hot tub is NOT a hot tub. It's just an extension of the pool. The step in is very high, approximately 2 feet. Owners advised that the hot tub was at the community area. It was not. There were no instructions as to how to access community pool area anyway. There is no door to the bathroom from the bedroom in the main suite. Cable was not easy to access. Seemed that the cable app had been deleted. We had to stream from our own cable service. There is no cost listed regarding the heating of the pool. Lights shown in listing picture near pool were not working. Ceiling fans in lanai had to be turned on by climbing up. Property manager helped with this. There was difficulty gaining entrance to the house. Code did not work. It took about an hour and a half to resolve the problem. We are choosing not to return to this property.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Florida. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and very well equipped, making it a great place to relax and enjoy our trip.We truly appreciated all the thoughtful extras provided, such as face masks, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, spices, and sugar — it made our stay especially convenient and welcoming.Communication with the owner was excellent, always quick, clear, and helpful.If anything, a little extra attention to detail in cleaning and some minor updates to the bathrooms would make this place absolutely perfect.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property to others.
