Amazing 4/3 vacation home !!
Amazing newly renovated home at central Florida!! This home greets you with lush landscaping from the moment you arrive. Welcoming you inside and into the spacious open concept that effortlessly guides you through the entertainment spaces with high ceilings and an abundance of natural light. The open concept floor plan is perfect for hosting friends and family. Fully equipped Kitchen to prepare meals for the entire family. In the main living room we have a 55 inches TV great for a movie night with the family. Master bedrooms comes with a king bed and a tv, the master bathroom comes with a large garden tub and shower. Second comes with a Full bed and 50 inches TV. The third bedrooms comes with a Bunk bed full on the bottom and twin on the top and and amazing Mickey decoration. Last but not least our fourth bedrooms that comes with 2 twin beds with a corvette car decoration for the kids to enjoy.
SPARKLING POOL, is the perfect spot to cool off during Florida's warm summers.
Located in a prime location in the Davenport area, few minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (7 minutes).
Laundry facilities are included

Enjoy Late check out, 11 am
Please note, that the AC temperature can not be set up lower than 74 degrees.
There are surveillance cameras outside by the entrance path.
No street parking there will be a violation fine from HOA.
The minimum age required is 18.
Office hours from 9am to 10pm.
Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.
BBQ is additional fees.
NO landline phone is provided

We have motion sensor for fire and gas safety purpose inside the house and there are no interior cameras.
