INDOOR AMENITIES: Shiplap gas fireplace, flat screen smart tv, recliner sofa, sitting chairs. Dining area set up for six, counter seating for two. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Washer and dryer included. OUTDOOR AMMENTIES: front porch, second floor balcony, back yard screened in porch with outdoor couch. Fenced in yard. Pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Covered dining area with table for six and a cocktail table, fire pit with chairs, BBQ Grill and outside shower. POOL INFORMATION: The pool is 10’ wide x 20’ long. 3’ deep in the shallow end and 5’ deep in the deep end. There is a love seat built into the deep end and also a bench in the shallow end for people to sit. POOL WAIVER INCLUDED WHEN SIGNING LEASE. LINENS: PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS FOR YOUR STAY. The owner does provide towels, beach towels, pillows and blankets. PARKING: There are two parking spots in the driveway and plenty of parking on the street if needed. No inside garage parking.
