¡Bienvenido a Gulf Village! Este complejo de baja densidad está en el lado oeste de la ciudad. Este complejo es el lugar ideal para familias, justo a las afueras del ajetreo en el corazón de Gulf Shores. ¡El lugar perfecto para relajarse! ¡Estás a una corta distancia en automóvil de toda la diversión que nuestro pequeño pueblo tiene para ofrecer como The Hangout, Waterville, The Track y mucho más! Una vez dentro, encontrará una vista impresionante del Golfo de México y nuestras famosas playas de arena blanca.
Nuestra unidad de dos dormitorios tiene capacidad para seis personas cómodamente. El dormitorio de invitados tiene literas junto con una cama individual. El maestro ofrece una cama queen, una entrada al balcón y un baño para su privacidad. También encontrará una cama en la sala de estar para sus invitados adicionales. La cocina está totalmente equipada y hay una lavadora y secadora para su comodidad. También proporcionamos wifi gratuito para su uso, para que no se pierda el ritmo mientras se relaja en la playa.

Cualquier reserva realizada antes del 1 de octubre para la temporada de invierno (enero y febrero) requiere un mínimo de 60 días (dos meses). Disappointed thought the apartment faced the beach but the side view was ok. But bunk beds need new mattresses but my grandson made it work him.The apartment had all the necessities.

Great for beach vacay!

We enjoyed a trip to Gulf Shores staying at this property. It was perfect for us with a beach view balcony and quick walk to a white sandy beach. We had one day with crystal clear waters and a couple of windier days with bigger waves. The beds and linens were comfortable, and the minor maintenance issues we had were addressed promptly.

Great place!

Great place to stay right on the beach! This was a great place for my family to stay while visiting Gulf Shores for our daughters national softball tournament. The kitchen and amenities in it was nice to be able to cook meals in the condo! We also really loved the easy access to the beach and pools!

We came here for a baseball tournament- it was the perfect spot to fish, go to the beach, and enjoy the stunning sunsets.

Family Getaway

Last minute get away

One of the older condos in the area, so not as updated as some might like, but that made it fit my budget. It was clean, comfortable and on the beach, and that is what we went for.

It was everything as advertised. We love the area with location to just about anything you could want. Everyone we have meet here while either renting or that own here have been very pleasent.

Amazing stay

We really enjoyed our stay at 1027 Gulf Village. The big balcony was nice and a great view to the ocean. The condo was very spacious, nice and clean. Very short walk to the beach. Everything was perfect. Loved our stay there. Thank you.

Perfect Girls Trip

We were thrilled with our stay! The condo comfortably slept four adults and three kids from 10-13. All of our rooms and bathrooms were very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Once on the ground floor, we had maybe 15 steps from the elevator to the water, perfect! I would recommend this place over and over again!

Great loaction to everything!

It was in a great location to everything and the beach wasn't supper crowed in that area.The outdoor shower needed fixed, the elevator was steamy hot, and our condo wasn't as clean as it could have been when we arrived. The carts were amazing to have!

Gulf Shores Vacation 2022

The condo and grounds were very nice. We loved the ocean view. We saw dolphins and sharks from our balcony. We got in the hot tub, inside pool, and played pool as a family. My son enjoyed fishing in different locations almost daily. Gulf shores is our favorite place to vacation.

Perfect

We had a wonderful experience with the property manager. The condo was clean, we didn’t have a far drive to dinners/ activities and we had the choice of going to the pool or the beach. It was wonder. We will be booking again in the future!
