Explore the entire OBX over your stay or just enjoy the KDH area and rest and relax at our beautiful beach and enjoy our amazing restaurants. Convenient to everything and walking distance to the Wright Brothers Memorial. Fantastic public beach access means you can get on the beach without the high cost of ocean front rentals. Cambridge Cove at Bermuda Bay boasts a great community pool and waterpark for your family. Well- appointed and stocked with all your need to enjoy your time in OBX. Newly renovated in 2022. Every bedroom (3) is an ensuite with private bath and balconies galore! 4th Bedroom is LL Sofa Sleeper only. Max 8 Guests. Daily Resort Fee of $7.95 per day added for pool/clubhouse if desired.

Wonderful family vacation!

We just came back from an amazing family vacation at the Sea-Batical in OBX! This property is as advertised! It’s very clean, well stocked and close to everything. My grandson absolutely loved the splash pad at the pool and the beach is so close! We highly recommend this beautiful home for your family vacation! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location

My family enjoyed our stay at this property. It is located in a very nice neighbor and there is a nice community pool/splash pad. It is also only about a mile from the beach. It was clean when we arrived and the check in process was a breeze. We had everything that we needed during our stay.

Beautiful and Clean

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was incredibly clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds and space. Pool facility was perfect for our kids! Owners were very responsive and kind.

This property was one of my favorite rentals. It was beautifully decorated with a beach theme throughout. The unit was clean and welcoming. The hosts’ attention to detail stood out in many ways. It was much appreciated how well stocked the unit was with sundries such as soap, tp, etc. Lauren & Aaron were immediately available to questions we had; which was much appreciated. Location was a plus. I would highly recommend staying at Sea-Batical.

Great Stay

Property was just as described and very clean. Great location with easy access to the beach just less than a mile away. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. More than enough room for our family of 4. Had everything we needed. Cooked a minimum of one meal a day and some days all 3 meals and had all kitchen necessities. Loved our stay and would come back

Very nice fully equipt rental with all the extras! Decorated impeccably! Close access to beach and pool! You just cant go wrong with this unit. We will be back! I have stayed at other units within Bermuda Bay but NONE of them compare to this one! If you want a perfect vacation, this is the one! The hosts were great with communication! Nothing is lacking!

4th of July week!

We had the best time here in the heart of OBX! We couldn’t get over how much family friendly activities were within hands reach. Aaron & Laura went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The house was extremely clean, new and well stocked. The location was key too! Can’t wait to come back! - The schuster family

Ensuite baths, plenty of balconies, pool and splashpads great for little ones! So very much to do in Kill Devil Hills, right in the heart of the OBX, so explore the whole chain of beaches from the pirates of Ocracoke and the Wild Horses of Corolla/Carova and all the lighthouses and beaches in between. Don't forget to visit the historic First Flight site in walking distance from the unit. Also explore the sound side for beautiful sunsets and fishing. Hiking trails, kite flying, great microbreweries and wineries and great restaurants. There is something for everyone!
