In reference to your notes on timing, check in and checkout times (as well as Clara's cleaning schedule outside) are outlined in our listing details before booking, and again in our gorgeous Welcome Guide that is shared with you immediately after booking. We take great pride in the quality of cleanliness and hospitality that we offer, and as stated our cleaning services generally take a total of 7 hours (inclusive of the outside between 9:00/9:30-10:00am on checkout day) with 3 team members. Our guests rave over how spotless our home is, and that is our commitment and passion! We received a message from you at 8:50am on the day of checkout that you had a late night and asked for a late checkout, and we apologize were not able to accommodate this request 10 minutes before our cleaning services were scheduled.
