Thank you for your 5-star review and we are so happy that your kids had a great time too! Per the AC: At the time of your stay 2 of our 3 air conditioners malfunctioned, and we have since replaced both of them (with no Home Depot on the island it took longer than we are used to in the US!). We have also added an oscillating floor fan to every bedroom with an extra downstairs, so no need to BYO fans.

As of January 2022, the villa now has: 1 queen in downstairs master bedroom 1 queen bunk with a Twin XL on top in upstairs Garden View master suite 1 king in upstairs master in oceanview suite with a lounger bed ( new 8” mattress) 1 king in the second upstairs king master oceanview suite a queen pull-out bed in the lower level living room. At no extra charge, we provide: 1 Pack n Play with fresh bedding 1 Twin air mattress Original reply: Rich, thank you for your feedback... The wording on the bedding configuration will be reviewed, as there is a convenient and comfortable queen pull out sofa that is normally used for additional guests in the living room. In addition to this, we also provide comfortable and plush queen and full size air mattresses. It was indeed a pleasure to have hosted you. I appreciate the great feedback and both my team and I truly look forward to seeing you once again.

Dan - since your visit we have completely overhauled Point of View‘s exterior and turned it into an oceanfront oasis. Our photo gallery reflects the updates including a new 20’ x 40’ shaded patio space, and an entirely new set of Polywood furniture on the new patio plus on the overwater deck along with new cushions on the deck’s sectional couch. February Point has also updated its pools with new lounge chairs with cushions, and umbrellas. The Rusty Anchor is turning out it’s best food ever and the service is always outstanding. We hope you will come back to visit and experience all of the updates! Original response: Dan, thank you for your great feedback! February Point is truly a gem within Great Exuma and with that, we still have allot of potential in terms of development. I must admit, there continues to be a significant amount of interest in our community and with this, we are all excited on what the future holds for our little piece of paradise. Hopefully one day we can also have the privilege of calling you an owner…. We have a replacement dock ladder which will be installed within the upcoming weeks. Unfortunately, with the supply chain shortage and shipping challenges, it was not an easy task finding and shipping the proper fit for our renters. I am happy to hear about your enjoyment of the amenities outside of the community. The historical sites, beautiful waters and beaches of Exuma are truly unmatched and is really a must for all persons to take full advantage. The added benefit of the house having a dock and the extended large deck make enjoying the outdoors for an evening "chill n grill" and boating experience even more comfortable.
