This was our second time staying at this property. It is very convenient to the Indian River and Mullet Lake. The house is well appointed and comfortable. We appreciate the A/C after being out in the sun on the water all day. We rent a couple of boat slips at the Landings resort when we stay here. It is a 5 minute walk to the boats. Communicating with the management is quick and easy.

The house is conveniently located in Indian River close to town. The host communicated well and when we added an extra day - responded quickly and graciously added the extra day for us. The kitchen was well stocked although we did not eat any meals except breakfast but appreciated the cleanliness and items we did need. We also appreciated the fact that we could bring our dog who is a service dog and well trained, but I understand allowing dogs is a huge burden for rentals. Our only complaint was the beds were not the most comfortable in the master and the second room. They were very soft and the mattresses squeaked every time anyone moved. Other than that the house was clean and great for what we needed.

Great cottage that suited our need for the week! Plenty of sleeping space and wonderful that it has 2.5 bathrooms! Dish towels were missing, but delivered as soon as we inquired. All inquiries were answered promptly. Not quite as clean as I prefer, but very suitable for an up north cottage stay. (cupboards were dusty with sticky pots and pans and serving bowls and utensils and the window sills/doorways had lots of dead bugs) All in all a great place though!

Overall our stay was pretty easy and smooth. Had no issues with check in and finding the property. The location was very centralized and quiet which is exactly what we were looking for. The amenities on the property were perfect with a fire pit, outside seating, and a big yard for our dogs to play in. The inside of the house was fine except for a few issues including a couple flooring issues we found. One issue was in the bedroom with the queen size bed the floor dips and feels soft. The other is in the living room behind the recliner closest to the bathroom. Same issue. Also never got any response from the host after we made our reservation except for the generic confirmation and rules of the house. The queen size bed was uncomfortable and very noisy to the point where if someone moved it would wake you up. There was only one outlet close to the bed so we had to use an extension cord under the bed for a phone charger on the other night stand. However, we did like the fact that there were two bathrooms with big showers and a very well stocked kitchen. Overall the stay was fair for the price point given the location and the size of the house.

Nice property

Stayed here for a couple nights while we traveled to the UP. Went to Mackinac Island and saw the Lilac Parade. This was a great place to stay and would definitely recommend.

This place is everything we wanted it to be. Large yard for dogs (2) and home very nicely supplied and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Peace and privacy

We really enjoyed our stay, the place was perfect for us. The backyard was pretty secluded, which was really nice, and the doggos had plenty of room to run around
