Just a described. Property manager communicated promptly to any questions that we had. The room was clean and property is nice. We stayed at treasure island multiple times. It’s in town, close enough to everything we enjoy, but not in all the hustle and bustle so it makes it great for our family. Thanks for the great stay.

Everything about this property was great! Super clean, plenty of room, it had everything we needed. The best part was the ocean views, sunrises and sunsets! (Gorgeous)!! There was local restaurants within walking distance of the condo, basically all you needed was right there. The host was quick to answer any questions that you may have. Clean unit, pictures are accurate. Beds were comfortable, the air worked great. We had a small issue with a tv and they had someone at the unit within 5 minutes of my text. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Great unit and location. The condo was walking distance from great restaurants and had great amenities. We have stayed multiple times in difference locations in Panama City Beach and this will probably be our new go to.

View is amazing. Unit needs a deep cleaning, mold in the shower, bedspreads not clean, rugs are dirty, TV was not working & when ask if they could fix that, was told that the owners will not provide an new TV (tv is not a smart TV). the pull out couch was broken & i contact the agent & he was very helpful & fix the problem the next day with out the owners help, cleaner said the couch was fine when they changed the sheets (which is not correct because the sheets had sand in them). the beds are awful, some of the towels had holes in them, the furniture outside is not what's in the picture on the website. I can understand why the website says "Disc Rates".

Could be a great place if the owners paid more attention!

First off the Condo is decorated very nicely. Unfortunately is was not very clean. Floors, shower and kitchen were in need of a real cleaning. Food was stuck to many of the utensils and pots and pans. Coffee Maker had old grounds still inside. The balcony pics are incorrect - furniture is different and uncomfortable. Chairs were not included as the ad said and the ones in the room were old cheap, all but broken, so we went and bought our own. Towels were stained and only 1 bath mat for 2 bathrooms, 4 wash clothes for a 11 day staff, no beach towels etc. Disappointing ! Just not a great experience for the money. Condo building, people, beach and pool are great!

Expected Exceptional, Found Disappointment

Future renters should beware of this unit.I booked TI 2108 in November, 2024 for a stay in April, 2025. The listing pictures and descriptions are outdated, not accurate, and misleading. When I reached out to the rental manager, I was told the unit is being sold and all expenses are being saved. For us, it meant the unit wasn't ready when we arrived, it wasn't cleaned properly, light bulbs were missing, the comfortable balcony furniture was not there, there were broken and unusable kitchen cabinet drawers, and the advertised beach service at the time of booking wasn't included. After reaching out to the rental manager, he did cover the beach service for our trip. It doesn't excuse all the other things that should be addressed in this unit. It is clearly not being maintained as the listing advertises. I mistakenly trusted the pictures and descriptions, appreciated all the 5 star reviews, and thought I was renting an exceptional unit. It definitely has the potential to be an amazing vacation rental worthy of return trips, but that is NOT the case right now.

Nice Unit but pretty bare

You can tell this unit is not owner occupied or at least doesn't seem like it. It was bare as far as everything needed to cook clean There were used teeth floss picks under the chair and couch and shower was a bit dirty. Overall its nice just could be a bit betterextc.

Amazing place!

The property was clean and ready upon our arrival. The pool and beach views were amazing as well as the local restaurants that we could easily walk to. We will definitely plan to come back.

Cleanliness

The location and parking were great. Disappointed in the cleanliness. Food crumbs in the drawers and floors as well as trash. It seemed to have missed a few cleanings. Owner was very apologetic and offered to have the unit cleaned again but we had already cleaned it. Other than that it was very nice and we enjoyed our trip!

October getaway

We enjoyed our stay. We could hear the band playing from schooners and sat on the balcony and enjoyed it. Weather was perfect. Condo was spacious.

I recommend this room, I would like to come here again.

It was quite clean both in the room and throughout the entire area, one nuance is that something needs to be done with the dryer, because its loud sound before it turned off scared me and the children a little, although there were no problems with drying the laundry.
