Two story coastal-inspired townhome located blocks from the beach. You’re also minutes from Coligny Plaza the heartbeat of the island with dozens of great restaurants, bars, entertainment, and shops.

The townhome is fully furnished with brand new appliances and has everything that you'll need for the perfect vacation. Relax out on the large private outdoor patio steps from pool.

As you enter the front door, you’re greeted with a bright open floor plan. The kitchen features granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and Keurig coffee maker.

The downstairs includes:
A cozy living room with a pull-out sofa sleeper and large Smart TV
A dining table for six (or work area)
A convenient half bath

Upstairs offers:
Two bedrooms, each with a Smart TV
A spacious full bathroom w/separate showering area

Large Smart TV's in living room, master bedroom & guest bedroom.
High Speed Internet throughout condo.

2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom unit sleeps up to 6 guests with king bed, 2 twin beds, and a pull-out full sofa sleeper.

Fully furnished with everything you'll need including: washer/dryer, beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrella, central air and heat, community pool, stocked kitchen, spacious outdoor patio area with bbq grill for cooking, enough seating for relaxing and dining.

Please note that for your convenience, starter packs will be provided with paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent.

The sheets on the couch pullout were dirty. The upstairs bathroom sink was dirty with hair in the sink. I will say its cute place. Like the decor but totally clean.

Perfect stay for our family!

Our family loved our stay here! It was perfect for our family of 5! Being directly behind the pool was very convenient and nice! The walk the beach wasnt bad and our three kids were easily able to walk it. The location was absolutely perfect for our walks to the park and favorite breakfast spot. And as a mom of littlest the jack and jill style bedrooms/bathrooms were great! And speaking of mom with littles shower with the detachable shower head is every moms wish on a beach vacation! Next time we come we will plan to stay here again and we will save space in our car because they have wonderful beach chairs and a beach cart to use! We definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful time in Hilton Head

Had a wonderful stay. The Townhouse was clean, comfortable and spacious. It was great for entertaining family who was close by too. It was a pleasure that all of the little things (BBQ, Firepit, etc.) worked perfectly. So convenient to the pool, stores Tiki Club, etc. The accommodations were exactly what VRBO said.

Perfect beach vacation

We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed this place. The patio was perfect with having small kids, we didn’t have to worry about them running off and still got to be outside. We spent most of our days in the pool, which was well maintained. The condo was equipped with everything we needed, including basic seasonings and beach toys, pool noodles. There was plenty of towels given, we had extra by the end of our stay. The beds were super comfy as well. The decor was beautiful! It really was a beautiful place. We’d love to come back again.

If you are looking for a location that is family friendly then this is it! Walking distance to Coligny Park, the beach, and shopping!! I had a young child and older children and found this location to be ideal for all of them. The condo was well maintained and you can tell they put a lot of effort into making it a “home away from home”. The hosts have good information in the welcome binder that was useful for food and activities. The condo is well maintained and was very clean. It felt like a “home away from home”. The pool is decent size and right outside the back gate! I will say that the walk to the beach was much better than the walk back! The week we were there had an extreme heat advisory and the walk back had me rethinking some of my life choices. So, if you going late July and there is an extreme heat advisory… maybe drive and park for a closer walk or take advantage of the pool. Looking forward to another stay next year!

This condo is a really good choice for anyone who would like to be close to the pool and the beach. We walked to the beach multiple times a day and didn't use our car at all unless we were going to the other side of the island. You are very close to pretty much anything you need. The condo is comfortable and well appointed. We very much enjoyed the entire property and communication with the manager was very easy. The condo came with all the beach gear you could ever need to use, a fully stocked kitchen, and some games to play which we appreciated during the stormy days of our trip. Cleanliness was an issue, while the condo looked clean on the surface it wasn't as clean as it should have been. The upstairs floors made my feet turn black, the dining room chairs are dirty with food, and I had to sweep the entire condo because things kept sticking to our feet. There was soap film on the shower walls as well. The air filter was way past due for change with visible debris on the vent.

This stay was very adequate for our situation with small children. Only thing that I have to say is the floor was not very clean within 30 minutes The kids feet which were bare were black, but I am not holding that against anything because it is what it is everything else was spectacular we appreciate The little details that made our stay wonderful.

Staying with us you'll be a five minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Miles of white flat beach ideal for jogging, biking, beach combing or strolling. Hundreds of fantastic restaurants ranging from gourmet to family dining and take out. The famous Tiki Hut Bar (beach bar, live music, and volleyball) is right around the corner. Golf, fishing, zip lining, biking, water sports, mini golf, live entertainment the activities are endless.

You are also steps away from the Brand New Celebration Park which is now opened!! Featuring a children’s museum, kids waterzone, adventure pirate ship playground, fitness stations, WiFi, pavilion for concerts and festivals, educational walk along the lagoon and greenspace to enjoy.

Everything is a convenient walk away or there are beautiful bike paths that run throughout the island (bike rentals around the corner from your villa). A free seasonal public trolley also stops at the front entrance to shuttle guests to and from Coligny plaza, the beach and over to Shelter Cove.
