This First floor PORT SIDE 2 BR, 2 BA (Unit101) condo is bright, airy and offers a stylish eat-in kitchen with quartz counters with seating at the custom breakfast bar. It comes fully stocked with pots, pans, plates and cutlery for you to make delicious meals using the brand new stainless appliances. But why cook when you are within walking distance to all of Old Orchard Beach's great restaurant, pubs, pizza, sandwich and hamburger joints? So many options from high end to take out! Grab and go and eat on the beach for a picnic or as you walk on the famous pier. Relax in the open concept living room, and cool off after a hot day at the beach enjoying the central a/c via wall mounted mini-splits. Washer/dryer in the unit.
What’s included?
Each home comes with full linens and one set of towels per guest. So, if the home accommodates 6 people, you'll find 6 sets of towels waiting for you.
Feel free to use the washer and dryer on-site to freshen them up anytime.
Further, Coastal Maine Vacations has you covered with a handy starter kit. We provide an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, soaps, trash bags, and more. While it's not meant to last your entire stay, it's perfect to get you through your first night or two and help you settle in comfortably.

Things to Do in Old Orchard Beach
Why? First, there’s that beach, all seven miles of it. When the tide is out and the sun is shining, the sand goes on forever. People nestle in for a nap, play football, toss a frisbee, venture into the surf.

Walk into town. You are only 1/4 mile from the beach. An easy stroll to ice cream, pizza, the pier, restaurants and live music. Truly, a great location!
ALL of this AND two designated parking spaces and an exterior deck that offers fantastic people watching! Pet friendly too!

Absolutely spotless! Had everything we needed. Beds are very comfy. Large closets in each bedroom. Spacious and open kitchen and living room. Great location!

Great location if you want to head to Portland or Kennebunkport. The pier was close enough that we walked to it one night. It took about 15 minutes. The beds were comfy. The place was very clean. The porch was nice, although if it rains, water comes through the roof easily. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very quick response from host when we arrived and hadn’t yet received our entry code.

Beach Stay

The unit was clean and close to the beach. A short 10 min walk and our feet were in the sand without the hassle of finding or paying for parking.

Check-in had too many locks and instructions to it. The dish washer leaked, coffee maker didn’t work, toaster was broken on the bottom and I he wasn’t fully stocked with full set plates.

Beautiful and Accommodating Property

From the first message with the host till check out the whole process was smooth and easy. The property is absolutely gorgeous and cleaned immaculately. It is located to all the amazing places that OOB has to offer. We also love how dog friendly the property is. Already cannot wait to be back.

Perfect Location in OOB

The condo was clean and very nicely decorated. The location was perfect so that it wasn't right in the center of all of the congestion of the main beach area but just a short drive to the beach or the center. Also a great location close to grocery stores and if you wanted to take a nice ride up or down the coast. Highly recommend!

Old orchard beach stop

The property was very nicely finished. Good parking. Close to Portland and other Maine coastal towns. Two bathrooms was a bonus.

Property is clean and modern but not an upscale area. Could use a teapot some coffee mugs and some towel hooks but the property did not disappoint

The condo was ok. The walk to the beach is about 15 minutes down hill! The pier and boardwalk was probably another 10 minutes. Not really walkable. Should add condo is on a hill! Took almost 2 hours to make breakfast as there is only one 5" fry pan. Had to cook 3 sausage patties, then cook the other 3! Couldn't make over easy eggs, as there is no spatula. No dressers or tvs in the bedrooms. Need bar hight table and chairs for the balcony. Can't see anything if u sit in a regular chair. Would come back to OOB, but not this rental.

The apt. was recently renovated and spacious. Our only issue was the bldg next door had a recent fire and it was an eyesore.
