Incredible location, Historic Riverwalk District less 3 blocks away. Restaurants, nightlife, shopping, grocery store, all close by walking or take the free trolley. Beautifully furnished, sunset and river views.
You will enjoy the friendly neighborhood while playing pickle ball, tennis, billiards or just meeting new people at our wonderful bbq area. Watch movies in our theater room or sports events on the 86” TV in our community room.
The condo is very well equipped with high end cookware, dishes and appliances. There’s a newer washer and dryer in the laundry room. Rely remodeled bathrooms and new flooring.
This is a high end and very secure building. There is a refundable $1500 security deposit and a $350 application fee. Minimum credit score of 675. Unfortunately, due to hurricane damage, the pool area is closed until repairs can be made.

My wife and I retired in Ft. Myers after a long career of being a first responder. We love to travel the world meeting new people and enjoying our retirements. We have five adult children, and a small yorkie named Max who owns us. We love cruising, fishing and just hanging out at the beach.

This particular unit is our personal residence, so you know we didn't skimp on anything. Great electronics throughout, awesome comfortable furniture, king sized beds with the best mattresses, top of the line cookware. The unit faces west so you will always have great year-round sunset views, downtown city views, boats going up and down the famous Caloosahatchee river. The community is very welcoming and friendly.
You will enjoy the amenities, the pickle ball is just wonderful, you'll enjoy the modern gym, watch sporting events on our two 86" Tv's in the lobby area while grilling. We have security, onsite management, and even a private elevator taking you directly into the condo.

The proximity to the downtown is absolutely the best. The downtown is safe, clean and full of life, especially at night. Take the free trolley from right outside the complex all the way to downtown if you don't want to walk. Minutes to golfing, fishing and other water activities.
