Beautifully well-appointed 5 BR 2 BA ocean-side cottage in Middlesex Beach, a private beach community located between Sea Colony and South Bethany. Just two homes from the ocean, roll out of bed and enjoy carefree days at the private beach and quiet cul-de-sac. Offering a comfortable home for up to 10 guests with central air conditioning, TV and wifi, the upper level of the home features an open living room, dining area and well-equipped updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertop in addition to 3 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other two with 2 twin beds each) and a full bathroom. The home's ground floor level offers an additional TV/sitting room, 2 additional bedrooms (a queen bed in one and a bunk bed with a twin bed over full bed in the other), a full bathroom with 60 inch shower, and a laundry room. An outdoor shower offers relaxing clean-up after a day at the beach.

Easy from start to finish. So close to the beach, just a 2 minute walk to reach the waves. Multi-generational stay and there was plenty of space for everyone. We all enjoyed our time. Thank you!

Very good location! It was close to a private beach with lifeguards most of the day. So much to do so close by. The house was very nice and fit all 8 of us comfortably. We would’ve liked to have locks on all bedroom doors, but other than that, the house was great.

Great Place

This was a perfect location for our family (10 of us, ages, 3-70). Its convenient location near the private beach, made our beach days very pleasant. The house and deck are both large, comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The large kitchen made simple meal prep easy. The lower level apartment like setup was perfect for our daughter’s family of five, giving them their own private space. The outdoor shower was a big plus. We all throughly enjoyed our time here and hope to come back again in the future.

Close to the Beach

Nice property, close to the beach in a private community. Beach was never crowded as it was private and came with parking passes. House was a little outdated, but still well maintained. Stayed with mine and my sister's family of 4 and the house never felt too small.

Solace in the midst of a storm.

This was the first time that my family and I stayed at this property. As advertised, it was very close to the beach. The house was very clean and spacious. I absolutely loved the check in and check out arrangements which did not require me to stop by a third-party to collect or return keys. This was our 19th year in the south Bethany Beach area. Always love it.

Great location, property & property manager

Tricia was wonderful from property booking to checkout. We had some added requests for my disabled son & she was responsive & helpful. Middlesex beach is perfect for families! We look forward to returning next year. The property was clean & exactly as advertised. We appreciated that TP & paper towels were there to start - and the kitchen was fully stocked. The deck was a wonderful space that we used often. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful house

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect for our multi generational family. Communication with the host was excellent. Very clean, and well appointed. The kitchen is well stocked with whatever gadgets you could need. The location is all you could wish for, only a few houses off the beach in a peacefully quiet neighborhood, yet close enough to town that stores, restaurants, etc. are a very short distance. The consensus among family members is this is the best house we’ve had so far. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us! :)
