Awesome beach house!

We had an amazing stay! We have been renting in Middlesex every summer for 10 years and we can’t wait to come back to this home. It was so convenient and well stocked. Extremely clean and organized. We all (family with ages spanning 5-50) loved it.

South Bethany Beach

Amazing beach house

We absolutely loved this house! It has everything you need for a beach vacation and is so close to the beac. Parking passes are an added bonus if you want to lug a lot of stuff. The home is very well stocked with games, beach chairs, etc. We loved sitting on the screened porch in the evenings. We will be back!

This is our second time staying at this property. We came back because of its location, amenities, especially the kitchen and screened-in porch, access to a private beach and also because we so very much enjoyed our first stay. The owner is very responsive to questions and needs which is important when you are staying at someone else's house. We feel we made the right choice both times we have stayed here and highly recommend it. As a bonus, the owner provided great beach weather!

Perfect Bethany Getaway

This home was absolutely perfect for our family when visiting extended family in the Bethany area. It’s right in Middlesex beach, which is very desirable due to the private, guarded beach it has access to. The home itself was spotless and looked recently renovated. It was great to have a bathroom for each bedroom and the huge screened in porch area was a great hangout spot. My kids loved the Wii system and the bunk bed room. I loved how peaceful, secluded and quiet it was yet it was a step away from restaurants etc. Really a wonderful rental and the host couldn’t have been more responsive and helpful! We will be renting again as soon as we figure out 2024 dates!

Spectacular

This is a spectacular house. The kitchen and master suite are fantastic. The island in the kitchen is awesome and equipped with anything a "chef" might need. We cooked almost every day and everything we needed was available. The screened-in porch was used every day and evening. The "ring toss" game outside was enjoyed by all. It was great to have beach chairs, umbrella and beach buggy available. It was also great to be able to walk to the beach and/or drive knowing that there would be a reserved parking spot available. This is the best VRBO house we have ever stayed in.

GREAT STAY!

We had a fantastic time at this home! Everything was perfect and better than we could’ve imagined. We took a girls trip and there was 8 of us at the height of the trip. The house perfectly accommodated all of us, the rooms are spacious and the 3 bathrooms came in handy. We also used the outdoor shower as it is quite refreshing. Beautiful kitchen and the fact the kitchen table is large and open to the living room made all of us socializing easy! I personally loved sitting on the couch in the screened in porch, very quaint! While we didn’t walk to the beach, driving there was easy after we figured out where to go, there wasn’t clear instructions on where to find parking to use the beach parking passes. Lastly, the beach….i never want to go to another beach along the Delaware/Maryland shoreline again! Intimate and relaxing. One day they came around and checked our beach pass while we were out, everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. This home is at a perfect location and tucked back in the woods, it gave us a sense of home, while we were at the beach. I certainly hope to stay in this home again and several of the girls in the group wanted the information as well ☺️ thank you to our fabulous hosts! Very responsive whenever I reached out and we appreciate you allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Wonderful stay in Bethany Beach

This is a wonderful house! We were a group of two families with two small children under 5 and this property had everything we wanted and needed: a beautiful, fully-stocked kitchen; a beautiful and spacious screened-in deck with fans where we spent almost all of our non-beach time; an easy single-floor but well-spaced layout for families; laundry; private bathrooms for all; a short walk to the beach; and lots of beach supplies. Our host offered lots of helpful info ahead of check-in and was super prompt in responding to a few inquiries we had. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect vacation

This is not a house. It's a Home. You don't need to take anything with you, it's all there. All that you have to do - kick back and relax. Whether it be on a beach with very few people around you or on a nice and inviting deck, under some soothing pine trees. Have breakfast with the kids in the morning or a late night glass of wine with your spouse on a cozy screen porch that's either full of the nice morning sun, or warmly lit by magical fairy lights. Enjoy your vacation in this nice, super clean, modern, cozy, simple, and comfortable home. You'll be back. I promise.

Wonderful House, Great Location

We really enjoyed staying! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the beach. Very well kept up, with a fully stocked kitchen. Huge outdoor deck and the enclosed porch was so nice to sit out there, eat dinner and enjoy. We just loved the house!
