Beach Cottage with Patio on Walk Street - OCEAN VIEWS

Stellar walk street location in 100 block the "Sand Section" of Manhattan Beach! This classic vintage single-level cottage is just steps from the beach and is the front, fully detached unit of a triplex. Decorated, complete with 3 flat-screen TVs, fireplace, fully-stocked kitchen, and bathroom with shower stall. Large brick patio on the "walk street" with spectacular views of the water. Parking for 1 car in the shared garage (some longer vehicles like trucks and minivans do not fit; please inquire).

This vacation rental has a Manhattan Beach business license allowing for short-term stays. Mandatory TOT ("Transient Occupancy Tax") taxes of 14% apply and will be reflected in guest charges.

Absolutely no parties — we do not want to lose our rental privileges, and we wish to be respectful to the neighbors in our wonderful neighborhood. Quiet hours begin at 10pm.

Inquire about an adjacent studio (VRBO ID: 3171659) with full kitchen, bathroom, and queen bed for additional guests at $175 nightly base rate.

The location of this beach cottage was a 10. All of the amenities and a lovely host made our stay as relaxing as we had planned. We will be back.

To summarize fantastic!!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this lovely cottage home in Manhattan Beach. Just a block from the Ocean, we walked down many times to take advantage of the waves!! The accommodations themselves are terrific, and the kitchen is outstanding! Travel to anywhere in LA was easy from this location. Overall we had a wonderful time and Vicky was available via text with any questions i may have had :)

We are a local LA family, and we love Manhattan Beach for its relaxed environment and gorgeous views! We've owned the property since 2003, and we love spending time in the front house when it's not being rented. We truly enjoy making sure our guests enjoy the place as much as we do.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We looked at many neighborhoods in Manhattan Beach before deciding that being so close to the ocean was the most important factor. There's nothing like the "Sand Section" in MB. Avoiding getting in the car is easy and somewhat romantic. On an ideal day, we might start the day by walking our dog to the local dog park, strolling over to the downtown area for an iced latte, walking over to Vons for the evening groceries, and then walking down "the strand" back to the house. We might finish the day by barbecuing on the grill and enjoying a glass of wine on the patio, all while greeting passersby and taking in the incredible views of the ocean and sand.

The walk-street, of course! While we aren't the biggest and newest place, it's really hard to argue with this location.
