When I didn't have access information, I called the host who immediately helped and offered to be available 24/7 if we had any questions or troubles. It was tropical hot when we entered, but several a/c units quickly made it very comfortable. Very clean and cared for - only downside was the difficult parking - we had no idea how challenging it would be and would have liked a heads up before arriving at midnight. Took us 20 minutes to find a space that was blocks away. I recommend dropping off your bags first.

We had a great time at Javier's place, it was clean, well equipped and looked like the pictures.It has a great location, being 10 minutes away from most of the places we visited. Javier was easy to reach and helped us when we wanted a cooler to go to the beach!

Loved this apartment. In the beginning I did get lost but that was my fault! But the apartment is spacious, clean, and in a beautiful neighborhood. There’s coffee shops all around and it’s close to everywhere you want to go. Definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent property

We had a wonderful stay in this three bedroom apartment. It was within walking distance of food and shopping. It was clean and neat. I would definitely stay here again.

Pre-cruise stay

Our family of 4 stayed for 2 nights before taking a cruise. The check-in process was very easy. The lock on the front door was hard to use and the key kept getting stuck. Inside of the apartment, the only way to lock/unlock the door is with the key which didn’t feel very safe in an emergency. There was only one way in and out of the apartment, no second egress. Some minor issues in the apartment, the door knob on one bedroom was broke, the bedroom doors didn’t stay open unless a hanger was used on the top to prop them, the shower drain was messed up and the bathroom didn’t have any actual window, it had the shutters that can close and open but nothing else besides the shutters. The apartment was clean, the sheets and towels smelled nice too. The owner provided hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, a new sponge, blowdryer, beach towels and even make-up cloths. The air-conditioning worked great, was in all 3 bedrooms and the living room had a large ceiling fan. The neighbors upstairs slammed the exterior door everytime they left or came home during the night which seemed to be intentional. Both nights she left after 11pm and came home between 2am-3am and was extremely loud. The laundry is also for everyone to use and it is literally outside the bedroom with the king bed. Someone did laundry both nights during the night. It is a shame because the apartment itself was great, 3 bedrooms, full bath and full kitchen but not sleeping at night made it a little tough.

Fabulous arts district and location.

Host was great! There could have been more utensils and kitchen ware. Lack of stove limited what we could prepare.

Great accomodations

3 bedroom so lots of room. Location is great for bars, street party and quick walk to Walmart and Walgreens. Not a quite place by any means. Expect to hear the other apartment as people stay outside and talk. We were on the bottom floor so this didn't help. The roof is amazing. Great extra. It is shared with the other rentals but I never saw anyone else up there. Check in was only difficult because our door was around the corner. Great stay would recommend.

The apartment was nice and comfortable. The AC worked very well and it was much appreciated after a hot and humid day. The beds were very comfortable. The doors were sticky. The kitchen is nice but is not very well equipped if you plan on cooking. Beach towels were nice and thick. The worst part was the guests in the other units, who were rude, loud and inconsiderate. Loud conversations, smoking, and laundry going on late at night (3-5am), all by our bedroom window. It was a nightmare. Parking is okay, depending on the time you arrive. We almost always found parking on the adjacent streets.

The apartment was super clean and cozy. There was working a/c unit in each bedroom . Bathroom was updated and also very clean. The host was nice and responded fast to every text .Grocery stores nearby and bus stop few min away. The only problem were the other guests throwing farewell party on the roof top with loud music until 4 am. We had a great stay and will be back in the future.

All was good. Was suppose to get 3 keys, only 2 were in the keybox. I sent email as soon as I got there to Vrbo to let someone know, but never got a response. Sure hope I don't get charged for lost key.

Fabulous VRBO

We loved our stay at Javier’s VRBO. Check in was easy, parking no problem and the roof top was a bonus for us. His place was clean,I spacious, and quiet neighborhood. .He also gave us dinner recommendations which were within walking distance. We took an Uber to old SanJuan. I would highly recommend his place.

Booked this place for 2 couples for 2 nights before our cruise. The check-in process was easy in that I received an email prior to arrival with how to access keys. The places was very clean and all the necessary items were provided.

Lovely Home

We really enjoyed our stay in Javier’s property! The location was great, and within a quick 7-minute Uber ride to the local Walmart where we purchased some groceries for our stay. It was also just a 20-minute Uber ride to lovely Old San Juan. We absolutely loved the rooftop at the property; it was such a serene place to chill out and relax in the evenings, not to mention the views from the rooftop were beautiful! I have saved this location in the app for future reference; would definitely stay here again when visiting Puerto Rico! Thanks, Javier!

Oasis in the city of San Juan

We enjoyed our stay in San Juan. The apartment fit the description. We especially enjoyed the air conditioned bedrooms and the roof top patio with grill. We would recommend this stay.
