It’s the perfect house for a large group with lots of kiddos. Unfortunately, we had a ridiculous wind so it curtailed beach activities. Having a house with so many fun activities still made the weekend a blast.

Great location and relaxing views

Awesome location. Awesome views. Very clean. No problems checking in or out. The only issue during our stay but was small enough to overlook was the water pressure in the showers. But overall great location and relaxing views.

Cannot express how amazing this property is!

This was our second visit staying at the property with extended family, 25 in total, mix of kids and adults. The bathrooms in every room is so convenient, especially with multiple families and little ones. Such easy access to the beach as well...but the pool on site was absolutely a bonus with kids ages 1-10, we were able to cook, hang out, and relax, while the littles enjoyed the pool and slide! The office personale were very attentive and anytime we reached out with a question it was replied to within minutes. we plan to make this location a family tradition annually after such success two years in a row.

Perfect vacation home!

This 10 bedroom house was perfect for our family gathering. Spacious with tons of amenities. Two refrigerators & every kitchen tool made it easy to prepare food & keep drinks cold. The kids loved the basketball court, upstairs game room & cool slide into the pool.Adults loved private bedrooms with connecting baths. Pool area was great as well as access to the beach. We drive a Tesla, so the charger was an added bonus! This was our second year renting through SPI Rentals and we will do it again! Thank you for providing the perfect vacation home!

Great Stay with Amazing Beach Access

Our stay was great. Everything was ready for me and family at the appropriate time. Beach access was great too, that is main reason we go the location. Having a bathrooms for every room was amazing, we had lot of little kids. Plus the basketball court was used a the kids play area, nice place for them. Great stay, recommend.

Our large family had a great stay! The house worked out great with plenty of space, a great kitchen and common areas, and we loved using the pool. We contacted SPI Rentals a few times during our stay and they were extremely responsive and prompt. The beach access was very convenient and the bball hoop at the house was a fun addition. Highly recommend for large groups!

Wonderful SPI beach house

We had an extended family beach vacation and this house had something for everyone. Beautiful views of SPI and the beach from rooftop deck. Comfortable beds and plenty of kid activities.

Plenty of room

This house had plenty of room for our large group(32)!!! Perfect location from the right across the beach! The pool with the slide was perfect for the kids!! We didn't have to leave the house to see the fireworks, we watched them from the observation deck!

We had a wonderful time so much space and room. Great place to stay to see the view. Sunset and sunrise very clean employees very helpful. Everything is close by convenient. The beds are very comfortable. The showers were fantastic. we had a very fun time in this property. We are looking to book again..

We had a great week at the house with our kids and grand kids. The kids loved the basket ball coirt and the pool. The house was right across the street from the beach with easy access. We will definitely try to go back next year.

House was excellent!

The house was very welcoming! Clear instructions and great communication with SPI Rentals. Our team loved the spacious areas and bedrooms and the close proximity to the beach. The weather was not what we hoped for, but the warmth and coziness of the house made our time worth while. Looking forward to making this our home for next year's retreat!

Family vacation

The entire family loved the house. The pool and hot tub was used everyday. Beach access across the street was appreciated. I personally thought the indoor basketball court was a waste of space. I was wrong! It was helpful to have an indoor space for the kids to run and play in. The adults also shot hoops. My family is hoping we can return and stay there again.

Christmas Holiday with Friends

My husband Paul and I enjoy spending time with friends or as we prefer to call them 'family the we get to choose'. This year Paul and I decided to escape to a warmer climate with lots of fun activities to choose from. South Padre Island fit our criteria and the house we selected was perfect. It allowed everyone to have their own space and was walking distance to lots of good restaurants and fun activities. SPI Vacation Rentals was really terrific to work with and responded quickly to every inquiry. I highly recommend the property and SPI property management team.

Amazing Home for Large Family Gatherings

Our family had the most special time gathering at this property. Everyone had their own space, and bathroom. The common spaces were well thought out and allowed for family meals and game nights. The kitchen is very well equipped for large party food preparation, it even had large pots for a shrimp boil! Having a heated pool was definitely an added bonus. The basketball court was nice for the kids to left off steam. We had some minor issues that were quickly addressed and taken care of I would highly recommended this property and will definitely rent through SPI Rentals again

Our 5 Day Stay

SPI Rentals were excellent communicators through email and text prior to our arrival. The online contract was easy to complete. Once there on SPI, check-in was quick and efficient, staff were polite and helpful. They send a technician to show us how to operate the pool and spa, and later that first day another tech to reload the WiFi system which was not on. We could not have been more pleased with this accommodation and with the SPI staff. Kudos for good work!

Perfect for small wedding get together with friends and family

It was a perfect location for several friends and family to stay together for a wedding on island. The individual rooms and bathrooms were great for each to have privacy and a place to step away from the crowd. ** the roof top view makes the entire place worth it!!! **each floor has its own air control **There were 2 coffee pots so very helpful with that many people **plenty to cook with for large groups **they did have travel size toiletries in bathrooms and each bathroom had a hairdryer ** Great location to beach access. **shower pressure is a little low with that many people **not a very big washer and dryer for a really large group, but still helped! Overall great place to stay and we so enjoyed it!!

selective Get Away

selecting a comfortable,average price, and amenities were included in our selection of this resort home on South Padre Island. We had 32 individuals with ages 88 to 3 years of age. In attendance. It is neat, furnished with durable furniture and most items that are used. The pool and hot tub were used the most. When something was needed SPI responded quickly and resolved the issue. We would definitely recommend this home and plan on renting it again in the future. We have fond memories of a family get together.

Great House BUT

We rented this house for a family get together and it was definitely a good size for everyone that could attend. My ONLY complaint is that in a house this expensive - we paid alot to stay there for just a few days, you would think you could get a hot shower out of it. The water pressure was AWFUL. We could not even take a hot shower. There was ZERO water pressure and barely ANY hot water in the 3rd floor room we were in. Other than that it's a nice house, we enjoyed the pool.
