Looking to vacation in Mammoth and be as close as possible to the base of Canyon Lodge? This condo is ideally located steps to the slopes with scenic views out the front door and close to the gondola that will take you to the entertainment area. The unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a sofa sleeper. Very cozy and comfortable condo with access to the complex pool and spa after a day of fun. Don`t pass up on this amazing condo on your next trip to Mammoth Lakes or Mammoth Mountain!
**Easily one of the nicest and most upgraded condos in all of Mammoth**
WE HAVE HEATED FLOORS!!
Indulge yourself with a mountain lodge type vibe, clean, and cozy décor of blue hues and lodge-style stone fireplace, along with scenic mountain views right outside the door. This 1849 Condo community unit includes the amenities of an outdoor pool (not heated), hot tubs (two outdoor, one indoor), game room, sauna, community laundry, and 2 parking passes to park on the community grounds.
Inside the home, the warm decor combined with natural stone wall accents provides a cozy alpine feel after a full day on the slopes. The open kitchen (fully stocked), dining (seats 6), and living room (comfortable seating) space makes it perfect for hosting friends or family and cooking up a warm meal in the coldest of winter days.
Walk inside and hang your ski equipment by the front door on a convenient built-in rack on the stone wall. This condo provides 2 bedrooms - the primary bedroom has an attached bathroom and a TV. The 2nd bedroom with the bathroom located in the hallway. The living room has a sofa sleeper.
The open living space offers a spacious living room, kitchen, and dining room. The living room features a large stone wood-burning fireplace and cable TV to relax. The view beyond the fireplace captures the beautiful outdoors through the large windows!
1849 Condos is the closest condo community to the Canyon Lodge slopes and ski lifts.
Summer Activities:
Twin Lakes approx 10 minutes from the condo
Crowley Lakes approx 20 minutes from the condo

Hiking, mountain bikes, golf, fly-fishing, camping, etc!
Guests will have access to the entire unit, minus a couple locked owners closets. Guests will also have access to the condo grounds - pool, spa, grills.
No underground parking
We are only given 2 parking sites to park on property, in front of the condo, so please plan accordingly. Any more cars and they`ll need to be parked in the overflow lot nearby, which does cost.
We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

The Canyon Lodge area in Mammoth Lakes is the area surrounding Mammoth Mountain’s second largest lodge and is one of the main entry points onto the mountain, with 7 lifts originating at Canyon Lodge, as well as the Village Gondola, which shuttles visitors down to the Village area, and provides breathtaking views of the surrounding area.
Canyon Lodge is a full-service lodge, with ski school, sport shop, rental shop, first aid, ticket office, cafeteria, bars, rental lockers and more. Canyon Lodge is about 2 miles away from The Village at Mammoth, and about 2-3 miles from Town. The area is serviced by a shuttle which can take visitors into town.

**Plan to bring wood for the fireplace if you’d like to use**

Disclosure: Being in Mammoth mountains, and although we have chosen the premium package for WiFi, we cannot guarantee strong and perfect service during your stay. Also, this home has the vintage feel with decor and furnishings - we have purposely kept it that way - so please do not come expecting this to be perfectly updated and modern (see photos and description)
