It's easily visible from the ferry as you enter the harbor due to its distinctive lavender trim and its waterfront location beside Gallows Point Resort and the Grande Bay Resort. The units are located in two 3-story buildings (east and west). Windcatcher - 5W is a 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo on the first level of the west building. Windcatcher has scenic views that overlook the harbor, Pillsbury Sound, and the National Park.

A pool and sundeck separate the two buildings and provides a private spot to relax or catch some sun. It's a very easy walk to the Beach Bar, Banana Deck, and other famous bars and restaurants that line the shores of the Cruz Bay harbor.
