This home is conveniently located on W Walnut Street, providing easy access to everything Johnson City has to offer. While not tucked into a traditional neighborhood, it’s just minutes from downtown, ETSU, and the Medical Center. You’ll find coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery options nearby. Though some things are within a short drive, having a car is the best way to get around and enjoy the full Johnson City experience.

While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines.

We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals(DOGS ONLY), in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and this helps us maintain our standard for future travelers.





LONG TERM STAYS (if applicable):

Please note that for reservations of 28 days or longer, the cleaning fee is increased to account for the additional time and effort required to thoroughly prepare the space after an extended stay. This adjusted fee may not be automatically reflected in the total shown at checkout during the booking process. If applicable, it will be communicated and then added separately prior to your stay. Please reach out through the booking platform with any questions.

We give our guests space and privacy, so we do not meet in person, but we’re always just a message away!
