Located in the heart of Salt Lake City. Walking distance to restaurants and convention centers. Completely upgraded in 2022. Located on a quiet street just minutes from everything. You cannot beat the location. Queen Sleeper sofa in the family room in addition to the King Bed in the bedroom. Completely private space with no common walls or floors. Enjoy the plush mattress. We supply: All Linens, towels, pillows etc. Fully stocked kitchen, see pictures. Shampoo, Soap, Private laundry and soap.

Our comfortable, contemporary, and convenient 1 bedroom suite is located on tree-lined 1st Avenue directly behind the magnificent Cathedral of the Madeline -- and offers a pleasant two block stroll to the heart of Salt Lake at Temple Square, Convention Center and other downtown attractions.

Fully remodeled and newly appointed in 2022, our spacious suite features designer decorative flourishes with a pristine kitchen stocked with all new appliances, spices and utensils to prepare your meal with seating for up to 4. For entertainment, host the big game on the living room s cable-enabled 65 inch High Definition TV. Or drift off to sleep in our plush bed watching the 55 inch TV in the bedroom. We include covered parking for 1.

The property has one bedroom and one newly remodeled bathroom. There is a new queen sleeper.

We are delighted to share our suite - an exceptional accommodation for 4 guests -- only a few quiet, safe luxury steps from the sights of downtown Salt Lake.

Very nice place

The place was very clean and is in a very safe neighborhood. There is a Domino's pizza and a bagel place nearby, and there is a Thai restaurant a 15 minute walk away. We didn't see other places to eat nearby (we didn't have a car). I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We loved the convenience to downtown Salt Lake, the covered parking space, the well equipped kitchen, and the comfortable bed. Oh and the amazing view of the Wasatch Range out the front bay window. Toni was immediately responsive to the couple of issues we had and resolved everything quickly.

Simply the BEST!

We loved everything about this property! SO clean, light and airy - beautifully updated decor - the perfect place to come back to after being out all day. We chose this property because it was within easy walking distance the the activities we would be involved with during our stay in SLC. The kitchen was very well appointed - a beautiful upscale Harmon's grocery store is just a couple of blocks away so we 'ate in' each day. We will definitely look to come back to this property the next time I come to SLC! It was perfect!

Wonderful property

We rented this property due to a medical emergency that required hospitalization away from our hometown (the unit is very close to LDS hospital). We can't say enough how grateful we were to have such a nice place to return to in the evenings and decompress from the stress of the hospital. The unit is extremely nice--recently upgraded, clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with anything you might need to cook. We use VRBO often for housing during travel and this is one of the most well-kept units we have rented. The property manager was also very responsive (and compassionate about our situation). They answered questions in a timely manner, especially when we were scrambling to find a place on very short notice. Although we were there for medical reasons, this unit is in a perfect place for people who want to visit downtown Salt Lake. You can walk to Temple Square and the surrounding restaurants, shops, etc. You can also walk to Memory Grove park and easily access City Creek Canyon. Quick access to the University of Utah as well. This is a unit I would quickly reserve as a base for many SLC attractions!

Awesome!

We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was amazing. VERY COMFORTABLE bed, perfect location with Mountain View’s, and walking distance to so many things! It was a wonderful experience.
