It can comfortably sleep 36 guests, and includes a heated private pool. It also has all the amenities and luxury details you’d expect from an Ember Stays vacation home – professionally designed and furnished, fully stocked gourmet kitchen, open-concept dining and gathering spaces, and en suite bedrooms for added privacy and comfort.

Edgewater boasts a gourmet kitchen with massive dining areas, including a kitchen island, built-in table, as well as a dining table and chairs. The accordion-style doors allow your experiences to seamlessly transition from the indoors to the incredible outdoor pool-side entertaining areas. Overnight accommodations exceed all expectations thanks to the spacious en suite bedrooms and bunk rooms, which makes sleeping 36 guests both comfortable and easy.

At the Colcada Springs pool, you’ll find two additional hot tubs, plenty of lounge chairs, and a large grassy area perfect for relaxing or playing games.
