New Weston Cottage - Sleeps 6, Cozy and Private Stay!

Welcome to The Weston Cottage in Hot Springs, Arkansas! Make your visit peaceful and relaxing at this house only a couple minutes away from a Neighborhood Walmart, the Bypass, and the Hill Wheatley Park to launch your boat from or swim at the man-made beach! You will find everything you need for your stay in this 2 bedroom, 2 bed, 2 bathroom house!

INDOOR LIVING
Walk through the front door into the dining/kitchen area. Beyond the kitchen is a lovely sunroom and also has a futon/sofa bed to sleep on. To the right of the dining area is the living room with a sofa/chaise combo couch, and sitting chair with foot ottoman, and Smart TV along with a dedicated workspace for those needing to work while on vacation! Past the living room is bedroom1 with an en-suite bathroom, and then bedroom2 with a hallway bathroom. Laundry room is located at the back of the house.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Gas grill, deck/patio furniture with chairs and tables for sitting and eating at while enjoying potential deer in the backyard!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Bedroom1: queen bed with an en-suite bathroom
Bedroom2: queen bed

KITCHEN
Fully-equipped kitchen for cooking those meals away from home. Amenities include: gas stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, microwave, Keurig/regular coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes and utensils, drinkware, and more!

ENTERTAINMENT
Smart TV in the living room, and both bedrooms (guests will have to log into their own streaming accounts or watch free movies and shows through some of the free streaming apps on the TV. No basic cable.)
Wi-Fi throughout home!

PARKING
Please park in the carport and driveway. Do not park in the grass, and along/in the street.

YOUR INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Guests will communicate with a Representative at Stay Arkansas.

YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD
Private and quiet area. You are near the bypass, and a Neighborhood Walmart.

GETTING AROUND
Getting around Hot Springs is simple and easy with local taxi, Uber, or Lyft services. You should be able to get anywhere within 10 minutes or less.

We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed it very much. At first there was a little hiccup with the water being off due to some maintenance but the owner was quick to respond and it was smooth sailing after that was fixed. The beds were excellent, and while the kitchen could have been better equipped ( only 1 tiny frying pan) , we enjoyed the our time. We were able to take advantage of the great weather and played dominoes and cards out on the deck. The location was good for getting into the historic district and getting to Garvan Gardens ( Highly Recommend !) Would consider staying here again .

I should of booked longer!

Great and quiet place to stay not to far from all the attractions in Hot Springs we had an awesome time! Highly recommend! I will come back in the future for another stay but longer next time!!

Great, quiet stay

Had a great time. Check in was easy - the house was clean, and it was quiet and a good home base for going to the park or downtown. I would stay here again.

One of the best places I’ve stayed at so far

Cute house

Four of us stayed here for three nights. It’s very clean, spacious and in a beautiful area. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and deck in the back. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Quiet and cozy

Comfortable beds are important and they were! Older house with character. Everything you need, we didn’t grill or stay outside. I would stay again if needed.

The house needs a deep cleaning. The floors were very dirty. We saw several German roaches which are the worst kind, meaning before we could take our things in our homes when returning we had to unpack outside so we didn’t transport any to our personal homes. The house is in great need of a pest control treatment by a professional. I have added photos of the roaches and. Business card of someone to does pest management services in Hot Springs.

Quick Getaway

Our stay was short but nice. Everything was available in the house that we needed. It was Very clean. Photos matched description. Our stay was in June, the house was a bit humid and the ac seemed to be struggling to keep up. The house had an odor and there were several candles but none would light. We brought in candles and the odor subsided. We saw 4 deer, a turtle and a rabbit. Seeing nature up close made it all worth the trip.

Great property!

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at this property! Booking was a breeze and the owner communicated well before and during our stay with checkin details and reminders for check out. The home was clean and perfectly located in a slightly secluded neighborhood. A short 7 minute drive to down town. Overall a wonderful experience and we look forward to staying again in the future!

Arkansas 2024 Stay

It was amazing! Property definitely did its photos justice. We loved the house and everything it had to offer. Host was also amazing! Always checking on us to see if there was anything we needed. Would definitely recommend to others and would definitely book again in the future!

Nice place but durty

The place was really nice, not far from everything, very quiet, enough for 4 adults and 3 kids. But the place was very durty : floor (my baby's legs were black after 2 min) ; the kitchen tools,oven... ; the bedroom was smelling of smoke and we found a butt below the bed...

Great location - quiet home away

Location is so good, minutes from everything and in a quiet little neighborhood. Large yard, amazing kitchen gear, big nice beds, modern TVs with everything you could ask for. The nook in the back has a view and you can sit inside while it rains or watch for deer in the early AM / sunset. What else can I say... great for an extended stay - we rented it for almost a week and the washer / dryer / dish / bathing situation was awesome. Covered parking if you have a fancy car. No traffic noise, 10 minutes from downtown. (>'.')^
