Newly updated 2/2 in highly desirable South Seas Towers. Enjoy a cup of coffee overlooking the Gulf or a glass of wine as the sun sets below the horizon. You'll also get access to the community pool and fitness center! Your vacation rental is fully equipped with everything you need. Just pack your bags, your dream vacation is just a few clicks away!

$100 Parking and renter registration required and $100 for each vehicle after the first. Owner/renter agreement will be sent after booking.

Other Things to Note:
Vehicles must be registered with HOA office and it is $100 per vehicle

We loved the beach view. We could open the blinds and see the ocean...white sand....blue skies. We had a problem with the TV and the host came that evening and fixed the problem.

Excellent short vacation

We enjoyed staying at this place. It is clean, comfortable and close to the beach. The property manager was easy to communicate with and very professional.

Over all we enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We had to wash several dishes from the cupboard as the dishwasher left a film behind. The view from the balcony was awesome!! Beautiful sunsets! Suggestions would be Bigger beach towels, new washcloths, lighter blanketsIn master, full length mirror etc. it was great having access to shared washer and dryer. Biggest con was definitely the pool area! Very strict! No food, no alcohol,And the pool is way too small for the number of quests staying at tower 3 & 4. People were saving chairs and not enough umbrellas. Also the elevators are very slow!The walk to the beach is a hike!! Do not recommend for any one with mobility issues! The beach is huge!The host was excellent! We would not come back because of the pool situation!

Nice place on beach

Lovely unit, pictures and descriptions very accurate. A bit of a walk to beach, but beautiful beach! Tennis and pickleball courts were great!!!

Great view. Unit was clean and very nice. Only issue we faced was one of the elevators was inoperable so that made for some long waits at peak times (not the fault of the condo owner, of course).

Wonderful stay!

The unit was terrific! The host and/or property manager (Joy) were wonderful! The unit was fully stocked with everything we needed. We sat by the pool and walked on the beach everyday. The beach is wide, so the walk to the ocean is about a ten minutes...so be prepared. I would definitely recommend staying in this unit! My only complaint (minor) is the lockbox is difficult to operate, but my daughter and I managed. Oh, the view from the balcony was wonderful...we were able to watch the sunset from the balcony.

Great rental!

Our stay at this property couldn’t have been better. The place is so perfectly equipped with great kitchen appliances, cookware, dishes as well as a lovely welcome gift on arrival. The beds were super comfortable and the linens of good quality. Lots of choices for TV viewing. But no reason to watch tv as the pool and beach were amazing. If you have little ones the walk to the beach is across a wide swath of beach. There were beach toys, a wagon and some chairs, sun shade and umbrella. Joy, from the rental agency, was so kind to meet us on our late arrival. She was helpful and gave us some good tips on things to do. I would definitely rent this again!

The porch was big enough to have a couple tables and a lounge chair, so we spent a lot of time out there . The rental service was so helpful and quick to respond . Parking was easy , too.

The unit was well equipped with towels, beach chairs, kitchen needs, and even laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. The view from the balcony was lovely and we were treated to an amazing sunset almost every day. South Seas Club has a heated pool and is a 10 minute walk to beautiful Tiger Tale Beach. Pickleball courts are also a 10 minute walk and are open to all South Seas Club residents. There are also several restaurants that are in walking distance to the unit. We will be back next February!!!

The unit is well equipped with towels, kitchen gear, laundry detergent, dish detergent, and beach needs. We enjoyed the pool, beach, pickleball courts, and most especially the sunsets from our lanai. Joy, our agent from Edgewater Realty, was awesome. When our coffee pot broke she was at our door with a replacement within an hour.
