THE DEEP DIVE
All BeachHauses are engineered for simple, easy living. All BeachHauses feature self check-in and check-out. They're stocked with beach toys, beach towels, bath towels, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, olive oil, and cooking-ready kitchens.

Views views views...from this front row townhome in Seascape complex in Solana Beach. Floor to ceiling windows provide unobstructed views of the surf, dolphins and magnificent sunsets. Sleep with the windows open listening to the waves. Go out to the beach (private steps are RIGHT outside your front door), to the town, to the lagoon. Longboarders abound, bike cruisers pedal around, and people are friendly. Then come home to this gem of a hideaway with modern flair: freshly painted walls, big wooden doors, open beam ceilings. Slip out onto the porch or fall back into one of the lovely beds. Then wake up, fuel up in the well-appointed kitchen, and do it all again...or start a radically new adventure that day.

We Love This Place!

This was our second time at Seascape Front Row. For us everything is perfect. Incredible view, great location and comfortable unique accommodations. We’re already missing the sound of the ocean that fills the bedroom. The community landscaping is beautiful as well. Communications with the Beachhaus team were quick, thorough and pleasant. Thank you to them for a great stay!

Summer Bliss

Wow, the perfect beach front condo. Unbelievable views, awesome property, couldn't be more happy with our stay. Everything you could possibly need is there. Only gripes would be poor water pressure, master bed a little too firm, and going up the stairs from beach is a serious workout. But this is all forgotten, and more made up for by the magnificence of this condo, and its location.

In town for soccer tournament and this was the perfect place to rent for the week!

This unit was perfect for our family while we were in town for a soccer tournament. The location was great, the property was clean and had everything we needed for a great week. Beds were comfortable too! Highly recommend!

Spring Break in Solana Beach

An amazing stay at a beautiful property with a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean. The property was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed, including beach gear for days at the beach body boarding and playing in the sand. Property includes a heated pool and spa that we enjoyed every night. Communication with the management was extremely easy, as was the check-in/out process. We are already planning our next trip back!

Great Vacation enjoying the rain and sun!

This vacation rental was a 10 of 10! Great location and the views were incredible! The house was spotless and every detail was thought of. We took our family of 4 with two young kids and loved every moment at this house. Thank you for the wonderful stay and we will be back soon! Such a Diamond!

Peaceful, exquisite haven

I cannot imagine a more perfect place to stay in the San Diego area! Not only is the space beautifully appointed and decorated, it is just steps from the beach. The private beach stairway leads almost to the front door. I cannot think of even one way to improve this property. It is close to many San Diego attractions, but we didn't visit a one. We didn't want to leave the peaceful setting accompanied by the sound of the waves. If it matters to you, there is underground, gated parking, and the complex is gated. The kitchen is equipped with every convenience. I loved sitting on the front porch while eating meals. The view is unsurpassed. The floor-to-high-ceiling windows let the sun shine in. If you are into wildlife, you will find seals, dolphins, numerous types of birds and more. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We'll be back for sure!

Beautiful spot on a cliff above Solana Beach

We had a great week exploring, watching dolphins and pelicans and going to some great restaurants nearby. We would like to stay here again some day. The condo is very nice and well equipped.

Absolutely Perfect!

The view and the sound of the ocean from this place are spectacular! I could actually lie in bed and watch the surf. Everything we needed was here, well organized and clean. The communication was quick and very helpful. We are hoping to book again for next year. Thank you Brenda and the team for a great stay.

Superb Location!

Beautiful view of the ocean in almost all rooms. Exceeded our expectations. We couldn't have asked for a better location for swimming, beach combing, or just watching the dolphins and the waves.

Incredible 5 nights!

Incredible condo, everything is stocked (any appliance you could possibly need is available), beds are super comfortable... Main bedroom has unbelievable views as does the living room and kitchen area! Community landscaping is incredibly beautiful, flowers blooming everywhere! My new favorite condo! Beachhaus has always been amazing to work with! Don't hesitate renting from them ever! I've rented from them 5 or 6 times!

Your slice of PARADISE!

This place will take your breath away and the of the waves are spectacular! You stay here for the beauty, peace, and quiet. Be ready to spend hours just staring out to the ocean, the best "reality tv" ever. The views from inside the townhouse from the large windows reminded you just how close the beach was within reach. The home is cozy, but feels airy and spacious with all the natural light. The kitchen has all the utensils and kitchen ware you'll need to have great meals, super convenient! Plus, getting to a grocery store is so close. The parking spaces are very, very convenient and close to the townhouse. AND the BEST feature of this place, the convenience of getting to the sand just steps from the front door! This ALONE is what makes this location unbeatable!! You'll definitely spend most of your days laying out on the beach soaking up all the glorious sun and relaxing to the ambience of the waves. I wish I had more than a week staying at this place, I truly didn't want to leave. This will definitely be, at least, an annual stay because once you stay once, there is no way you wouldn't want to come back. The place is clean, stocked with all you need and the hosts are super responsive. Thank you BeachHaus!!

A memorable stay

We had a truly amazing stay and already can’t wait to be back. Front Row truly means FRONT ROW - with a view from on top of the cliff and the sound of waves at night like we’ve never experienced. We were at the beach every day and the stairs down to the sand were just 10 steps from our front door. Oh, and a family of dolphins played in the waves in plain view from our bed every single morning. The natural beauty surrounding the property is amazing. The house was completely equipped with everything we needed (towels, beach bags, full kitchen, extra baby gear on request and even a cabinet of board games that we broke out on a perfect drizzly day). All in all, a 10 out of 10 and a huge thanks for opening your home to us.

Stunning View and Well Equipped

We had a fabulous stay in Solana Beach! The condo was beautifully clean and spacious. It was well equipped with everything! It had towels, chairs, toys, boogie boards, umbrellas, a cooler and anything else you would need for the beach. The view was amazing and the beach access was right in front of us. The hosts communicated clearly and the information packet left us without any questions on how to get in, where we could get groceries, how to take out trash etc. They were on hand to text with any questions we had. Truly outstanding service. We will be back!

Great place

Was a bit nervous walking to the house and then through it; then relieved it was exactly as shown in the pictures. The communication with the owners was great. There we so many extra towels, linens, board games, beach stuff (sand toys, chairs, umbrellas, wagon, bogie boards). It was quiet and relaxing. The one thing that was not great was the pool area and the hot tub was not hot - this was the non 5 stars for cleanliness.

Solana Beach Outstanding View

We absolutely loved our stay at Seascape in Solana Beach. The view from the Condo is super and sunsets are gorgeous from the top and the beach. The windows on the front living room and front bedroom were great for surfer watching and the units are very private and relaxing. The location is fantastic with being just steps down to the beach and a great separate lower landing which blocks the wind a bit and never had never had anyone on it but us. Torrey Pines was great for hiking and we saw a big pod of dolphins from one of the trails. We really enjoyed Claire’s for brunch with great home style cooking and the Bongiorno’s had really good pizza. Perfect place to relax, walk on the beach, but close to PB, La Jolla and downtown for lots of great activities. SUPER Dog friendly area all around Solana beach and Del Mar. Brenda made it very easy to check in and the condo was very well stocked. We will be back!

AMAZING STAY!

If I could give this property 6 stars I would! Our family of 4 (2 adults and our two boys ages 7 & 10) stayed at this property for a week and we didn’t want to leave. The location is incredible (online pics don’t do it justice) being right on the cliff with full ocean views and a quick walk down to the beach. We loved going to bed at night to the sound of crashing waves and waking up in the morning being able to watch surfers play from the master bed. The condo was very nicely decorated, beds were comfortable for the most part (master bed was a bit hard but that’s a preference) and overall was the perfect size for our family of 4. The loft above the master was a huge plus for our boys-they slept there every night and didn’t even want to sleep in the guest bedroom! We loved being able to use the full kitchen and BBQ and got a ton of use out of the beach chairs/toys. The pool/hot tub were also a nice treat in addition to the beach…only complaint was that the heater in the hot tub seemed to not be working after the 2nd day we were there. Condo is within walking distance of shops/restaurants/coffee which is also a plus. Great experience all around and we can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Beach Spot

This is the ideal spot for a beach getaway! ON the beach in lovely Solana Beach, this property has everything you need for a sunny vacation. Extremely well appointed, flawlessly clean, easy communication with the property managers and views galore. Can't say enough good things about this place - actually better than the pictures!

Relaxing

The view is amazing, just like the photo, and beach access was right out the door. Townhome is well stocked. Close to restaurants, coffee and nice neighborhood for your morning, afternoon and evening walks. It was relaxing, just what we needed.

Amazing

I hesitate giving such a great review because I don't want it to be so booked up, but honestly, this is one of the best VRBOs we've ever stayed at. The location is phenomenal, and the space and layout is ideal. Neighbors are so nice, and the amenities such as beach chairs were really awesome to have on hand. The location is incredible and makes me want to buy a condo on the beach now. Loved it here and can't wait to stay again.
