Fantastic 2 family vacation home with EV charger

Really sorry that things weren’t up to your standards. We’re shocked to hear this kind of feedback and of course have followed up with our cleaners. You’ll recall they were in that very morning because we were able to accommodate your request for an early check in. If you’re able to respond to my private message inquiring about what you found dirty that would be really helpful, since this is genuinely the first time we have ever had feedback of this nature. The property is deep cleaned twice annually, obviously has a general clean after every guest and definitely is not a party location. We have restrictions on this kind of activity and our property managers monitor for it.

I’m sorry it was so hot during your stay - usually guests find the large ceiling fan and the other fans we have around the property do the trick but it seems that it was especially warm last week. Since it looks like these freak heat conditions are getting more frequent we have some air conditioning units on their way to the house. Thanks very much for the feedback - always appreciated.

Thanks for your review Nurit and appreciate the kind words. Sorry the temperatures were so high during your stay and that the air conditioning unit hadn’t been installed yet (although ironically was there). We have several going in to help mitigate these extreme heat waves we’re seeing.
