Welcome to your dream villa! This awesome house in West Haven - The Sanctuary has five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, and it's all set up with cool stuff.

When you walk in, there's a nice living room and a place to eat. Go up the stairs to the second floor, where the real fun begins. There are four bedrooms and a space to work or just relax.

The living room is super fun! There's a big TV with Roku for all your favorite shows. Open the door, and there's a patio with a pool, spa, and outdoor shower. Downstairs, there's a comfy bedroom with two beds, and nearby is another room with a big bed. There's a bathroom with everything you need – a tub/shower, sink, and toilet. And guess what? There's an extra toilet downstairs, just for fun!

Now, let's talk about the kitchen. It's a chef's dream with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a fridge that even makes ice. And there's a cute coffee nook – like having your own café!

Upstairs, the main bedroom is like a VIP suite with a balcony and a fancy bathroom. On the other side, there are two more cool bedrooms – one with a big bed and the other with two beds. They share a bathroom right between them.

Every bedroom has its own TV with Roku and Spectrum channels. Cool, huh?

And guess what? The Sanctuary is a gated community, so it's really safe and relaxed.
