Welcome to the House of Grace! Completely renovated Downtown Lancaster home located within a short walk to most restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Fulton Theater, Penn Square, Convention Center, Gallery Row and famous Lancaster Central Market.

Single family home with a large Master Bedroom & ensuite full bathroom. Second floor rooftop deck overlooking the neighborhood. Brand new kitchen and window filled family room that leads out to a spacious backyard. Home has a large garage for parking.

Jake's home was perfection! It was clear the thought put into every detail that made our stay so wonderful! We felt so comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Location was great! Perfect walking distance to restaurants and all the great shops on Queen Street! We look forward to planning another trip to Lancaster and staying at this home!

A group of 66-year-old ladies stayed at Jake’s beautiful property and it was exactly what we needed. It was relaxing, spacious and close to everything. In the morning, we really appreciated the delicious coffee. The instructions were clear and communication with Jake was prompt. It made our stay feel easy and relaxed. When in the area, we definitely would stay here again.

Top tier communication from our host! This home was perfect for our stay in Lancaster. Well within an easy walking distance to all the good food and fun in town! Beds were super comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. Gorgeous deck and back yard . One of the very best places we've stayed.

Lovely, comfortable home in a great location close to many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Having a garage for the car is a huge perk, and we made much use of the big open kitchen and dining area for our family that manages food allergies. It was too cold during our stay for us to take advantage of the outdoor space, but we hope to stay here again for a future visit! The home was decorated beautifully and no detail was missed for guests. 10/10 would recommend!

Great stay

Perfect location for my daughter and I for 4 nights. House was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I also liked that it had a garage so we did not have to park on the street. Walking distance within several restaurants and coffee shops that we enjoyed.I would definitely come again next time I am in Lancaster.

This house was perfect for our needs this trip. We were there to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. The floor plan is open so allowed us to spread out and still feel connected. We used the outside alit too. We would definitely stay here again. Only 12 min walk to the Lancaster Central Market.

Really really nice place. Tastefully and Thoughtfully decorated. Well provisioned. Easy communication with owner. Well located for dining options. Visited Lancaster Market. Kind of a mixture of old a new in the neighborhood. Most things within walking distance. We would return in a heartbeat.

Perfect location and cozy house

We came down for a weekend and this rental was a perfect location to park the car and walk everywhere in downtown Lancaster. The house is clean, cozy and modern and very comfortable. We will stay again!

Home Away From Home

The house was amazingly cute and cozy. There was plenty of room to live comfortably with our guests. The home was clean and well appointed. The host was gracious and communicated promptly and professionally. I would definitely stay here again while in the area.

Great Place!

The place was spacious, inviting, and cozy. We loved having a garage to park the car in too. The balcony on the roof was so much fun and we could take in all the sunshine! It was a great, clean place to stay in the heart of the city!

Spent 3 days at this location. Jake could not have done a better job answering all of our questions prior to arrival, recommending restaurants and things to do and having the house in perfect condition.

This property was one of my favorites. It was very warm and welcoming. It was well equipped with the essentials. It was also very clean and nicely decorated. The pictures represent exactly what you will see upon arrival. Very charming!

There is no property like this in downtown Lancaster. It's spacious and wide open and has been completely renovated recently. A centrally located home with a full kitchen, fenced in backyard and a rooftop deck that overlooks the entire neighborhood. I guarantee there is nothing like it in the city!
