Across the street (Front Beach Rd) from the most beautiful beaches in the US - private beach access and pool right on the beach!

Protected in a gated, resort-style community, you'll be mere steps to the biggest pool on the property and conveniently located right across the street from the well known white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach.

You will find a fantastic warm and welcoming open floor plan downstairs. Relax and unwind on two reclining and comfortable couches, gather around the dining table or sit at the breakfast bar and make memories with your people. The kitchen is stocked with Stainless Steel appliances, cookware, dishware, including children's dishware and all utensils. You will have plenty of counter space to prepare and serve your favorite foods you enjoy at home. You will find it extremely convenient having a half bathroom located downstairs. Use the child gate provided to assist in protecting your little ones from going up the stairs when you'd prefer they stay downstairs or vice versa.

Upstairs, six can sleep well in two spacious bedrooms. The primary bedroom suite is to die for with a private balcony overlooking the Grand Island pool, king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and space to stretch out. In the second bedroom you will find two full-size beds, en-suite bathroom, a flat screen TV, and room to unload your suitcases. The indoor washer and dryer, located upstairs, allows for clean clothes every day of your stay. You will also find a pack and play and a roll away twin size bed for the littles to sleep on - no additional charge for these.

The downstairs private patio is surrounded by lush green lawns and palms and is just steps from the biggest pool of the complex in Gulf Highlands. On the patio you will be able to bask in the morning sun and then get out of the afternoon sun while enjoying a snack on this shady patio.

Beach 225

Having the pool just outside the back door was wonderful. My 9 year old grandson spent many hours out there. Since the beach is a short 5 minute walk from the condo we spent a lot of time there too. Wonderful location! Pet friendly so our golden doodle could join us for a few days too. The owners were very responsive. Beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed it !

Lovely Vacation !

We have found our new favorite place in this home ! We will definitely book here again. Its close to the beach, and the pool is right out the back door. The home was very comfortable and a great place for my famiky to relax.

Our stay was comfortable, clean, and just what we were looking for. Communication with the owner was clear, and she was very friendly. There were beach toys/items, toys for the house for our kids, and plenty of places close by to visit. We would definitely stay again!

Winter get away

This was a last minute booking for us and we could not have been happier. Great location with walking distance to the beach and some restaurants. We even enjoyed an afternoon sitting in the sun by the pool. It was a comfy place to settle in on the couple of rainy days we had. And our dog loved it, too!

Spacious and great location

This condo had a very large living and dining area. The main bedroom was quite large with plenty of room for the roll away bed. The second bedroom was a bit cramped, however it did have two double beds. A large pool was just steps away from the unit, and the beach was a short walk. Overall this is a great place to enjoy PCB.

I was so impressed with this condo and the at home feel you have when you walk in. It had everything we needed down to beach chairs and toys. If you are wanting to feel at home away from home and in an amazing community with the most gorgeous beach, this is the place for you. I have enjoyed every single minute of my time here and definitely will be back every year, just as we have for the last 8 years. P.S. The owner is so sweet and kind.

Family vacation 2023

This place was amazing clean home had everything and more you could need for the pool and beach. Liked that it was more modern they even had a guest sign inbook for you to review other people stay i unfortunately didnt get a chance to write in how wonderful it was. Weather was iffy the week we stayed but there was plenty to do in the area this is our second time staying in gulf highland resort but first in this particular residence and it was wonderful will definitely try to stay here again

Lovely Long Vacation

Staying at Grand Island was a wonderful vacation in Panama City Beach. It is walking distance to the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. We had lots of fun, exploring the different pubs and local restaurants. And if you didn’t feel like going anywhere, you could step right out the door and sit next to a beautiful pool. Definitely will go again.

Just what the soul needed. Sunshine and happiness.

My stay here was nothing short of amazing. The unit itself was clean and welcoming and I was pretty excited about the proximity and straight shot to the pool. The beds were extremely comfortable and the whole place was very inviting. It's close to many amenities and shopping and a very short walk to one of the best beaches I've ever been to. I did not have a single complaint about anything in the unit while I stayed here. I've already begin nailing down some dates to return in 2023 and this unit will definitely be my first choice!

We purchased this townhouse as a home away from home, we are in Washington State and the winters are long. We wanted a place for our little family of three to enjoy and we hope you are able to do the same.

Gather away with friends and family to make memories that last, in a resort-style property that feels like home! We are very kid friendly providing baby items such as pack and play, baby gate, audio monitor, sound machine, etc. This property is a two-bedroom, two and a half-bath townhouse located on the Island at Gulf Highlands Resort.
