Welcome to my home in South Denver! It's the perfect place to work from home, see the sights and enjoy the beauty of Colorado! Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, breweries and parks. A 10 minute drive to downtown, 25 minute drive to hiking, biking and the Red Rocks Amphitheater. An hour drive to major ski resorts. Close to DU Campus and light rail stations. Close to DU and Swedish Medical Center. It's a prime location to see all that Denver has to offer!

Nice home, nice area

Enjoyed our stay here very much. Convenient to downtown Denver. Close to some great restaurants and to many other Attractions. Would definitely stay here again

Family Denver Road Trip

We loved the house in South Denver. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was great with lots of walkable restaurants and parks. It was a short drive to downtown and hikes in Red Rocks and Golden. We had a fantastic stay!

Quaint comfortable house in convenient location

My husband, friend and I really enjoyed our stay here. The bedrooms were very comfortable, we loved the backyard patio, and the house was in a great location for our Denver plans. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the host was quick to communicate when we struggled with adjusting the thermostat. Would happily recommend this spot and stay here again in the future!

Great place to stay in Englewood

This spacious house was a great place to stay while visiting family in Englewood. Plenty of free street parking and in a nice neighborhood.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Location was good for our activities in Denver. The bedrooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen and common areas were great for spending time together and relaxing. We also enjoyed the porch and outdoor areas.

This property was just perfect for our stay in Denver. Close to shopping and restaurants and in a very walkable area. The host is amazing, answering all our questions very quickly and always ready to help if needed. There is a nice little patio in the back, surrounded by a fenced in area for privacy. We used it often for visiting with family. We also enjoyed the fireplace in the living room as we visited in the fall and the mornings were cooler. I would highly recommend this comfortable home should you visit Denver.

Well maintained comfortable home in Englewood CO

Very clean comfortable home in Englewood. Nice private covered patio out back. Several good restaurants within easy walking distance. Quiet neighborhood close to Denver. We enjoyed our stay.

This home in Englewood was very nice, with an open floor plan for the living/dining/kitchen area and nice size bedrooms. Both the front porch and the back patio were lovely places to sit in the evening. The owner was also very pleasant and prompt with her response to any questions.

Perfect

Super cute house that was perfect for 2 people on a long weekend trip. Very nice neighborhood. Easy to get around and close to Fiddlers Green Amphitheater. Host was very helpful!

2nd time staying. Definitely stay a 3rd time

Thank you for be so accommodating and easy to communicate with. This was our second time. My husband and I and our two mini dachshunds enjoyed our stay and the fenced in yard!!! Our doggies suggested a couple of more squirrels in the yard. LOL !!

Extended stay

Adorable house with all we needed for an extended stay. One small issue early on where Janelle actually called us as we were texting her: it was fixed within hours and no inconvenience to us. The neighborhood is walkable and friendly, close to everything. There were small liquor bottles in the stretch of grass on the opposite side of the road but nothing broken. I would absolutely recommend staying her and plan to in the future.

An adorable house, indeed.

This is our third rental in the area, and it will be my first choice from now on. The house is quite spacious. There was adequate space for belongings. The furnishings were comfortable. The couch was a real couch and not a futon as many rentals seem to have. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to restaurants and groceries. Plenty of on-street parking.
