Inside the home you'll find two spacious king size bedrooms, a beautiful full bath with custom tile, a full kitchen with all new appliances, and a spacious living area with plenty of seating for your whole group. Outside there is a private deck with seating, perfect for bubbles under the stars. In addition to all the features of the home, the location is one of the best in town. The amenities and location make Bubbly perfect for a girl's trip or couple's getaway! Upstairs, Bubbly: Prosecco sleeps 2, and can be booked at the same time to accommodate a group of 6.

Please note: This unit is fully private. While there is a shared wall, there is a private entrance, and no amenities are shared with other property guests.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Enjoyed my birthday weekend at this vintage gem which has historic character and modern amenities. It was very clean and included coffee and k-cups. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a day of travel and wine tastings. It is very close to Main Street and a wonderful Italian restaurant right around the corner. The master suite king bed was very comfortable. The shower does drain a bit slow. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house, great location!!

House was perfect for a small girls trip. Location to shops and restaurants was perfect! A very quick 5 min walk to the end of historic district made it very easy to get everywhere we wanted to go.

Needs improvement

Very cute space from a distance. However, a close up look shows an aging house. Upon arrival, side access door was completely open and not locked. All interior doors do not close due to the shifting foundation. Exterior doors and windows are not weather tight and caused the whole place to be freezing. Toilet had intermittent issue where it would not flush for hours at a time. Bathroom vanity light was burned out. The indicator light for the water filter in the fridge was illuminated as if the filter hadn't been change for quite some time. Coffee creamer in the fridge was spoiled and chunky. The upstairs area of the house is also rented out. We could hear the neighbours every move. The hot tub caused a serious rash… the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. TV on the spare bedroom did not work.

Bubbly champagne was perfect for our girls getaway. Amazing decor,clean, and comfortable. Quick and easy walk to shops/restaurants/live music and wine tasting. This was my first stay at this property but it won't be my last.

Cute Property walking distance to tasting rooms and restaurants

Property was very cute and clean. We love enjoying a glass of wine on the front porch swings. Very walkable to main st with restaurants and tasting rooms. We loved all “The Frame” TVs! We did get wet with rain, and kinda wished we had a dryer to dry our clothes. Very nice appliances. We did not mind the couch, but it might look nicer with a real couch. Loved the walkability, but the street this is on was very dark at night, so make sure you bring your cell so you don’t trip. We enjoyed the hot tub and patio area. I’d definitely stay here again!

Nice Weekday Getaway

We loved this little property very much. It was super clean and decorated very nicely. Now the drive is a bit steep as mentioned in other post, but the owners communicated this as well via text. We didn't use the hot tub because it was very hot but looked in great condition. We enjoyed sitting on the small patio. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for a few days. The only two issues was there is really no couch. The bubble like chairs are not comfortable and a bit put off. The other issue is with one bathroom a bigger group might have issues. But the one room is perfectly set up to do my morning routines. Also, there is a unit above us. Only when people are talking loudly did we hear them. This house is fantastic though. A great area and so quiet. The house not being over decorated really gives you a sense of peace and comfort. I just couldn't get over how clean and much pride they take in it. Would defiantly book again.

Clean and charming

Clean, charming and accurately fits property description. The house could use weather stripping under the doors to keep out the flies and mosquitoes and a fly swatter, but overall it was a lovely property.

Best friend weekend

Just me and my bestie! Worked out great with having 2 rooms. Place was immaculate. Perfect location, we walked to downtown. Only negative was the driveway entrance has a steep bib and our car could not get up it. Wasn’t notified until we got the check in email. We had the option to bring a Jeep if we had known. There is parking space in the street but of course that’s not ideal when there is a huge parking area in the back. There is another rental on the second story of this home if you want another family to come which also has its own hot tub, which I thought was pretty cool. Would definitely stay here again.
