Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel so treat the space with respect. If any issues arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

A one time $50 pet fee will be assessed for up to two small pets.

The central heating system is currently set to cool. Because the heating and cooling system is a two-pipe system, this means you can only have one or the other on at a time; not both.

The central system will turn back heat only on about Oct. 15.
