The space
**Based on the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we have taken extra steps in disinfecting our homes. We have a zero-contact, self-check-in process.** Brand new home with 4 bed/2 1/2 bath with free on-site parking, WiFi, air conditioning, kitchen with all the amenities, laundry, and a 50" 4k TV with Netflix. Two beds are queen size 2 beds are full size beds. Our mattress will provide you with great comfort to rest at night. Relax with your family and our cozy living room enjoying watching Tv. We are located really close to Sacramento Downtown, Arden Mall and more. This home is a duplex and we rent bought sides. SEE YOU SOON!!!!

Guest have access to the whole house minus the garage.

Other things to note
- Please use the dining room for eating; abstain from eating and drinking in bed.
- Please take care of the house and treat the furniture and amenities with respect.
- No parties allowed.
- We don't allow visitors from our guest.
- No pets.
- No smoke inside of the property (if guest smoke inside we will charge a $300 fee).
- Locals must contact us before booking.
- No drugs inside of the property (medical cannabis neither).
- We have a ring door bell at the front door for security reasons

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
