Step into the spacious open floor plan on the first level, where the inviting living room calls for quality time with loved ones, offering a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping options. The dining area features a generously sized table accommodating up to 6 guests, supplemented by additional bar seating for 3. The well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped for crafting delicious home-cooked meals, and a half bathroom adds convenience to this level. Adjacent to the kitchen, the garage accommodates one vehicle, equipped with an electronic garage door and remote. Inside, discover two trash receptacles for easy waste management, one for regular trash and the other for recyclables.

Upstairs, all bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout the home. The King suite boasts a private bath with a double vanity, bathtub, and an opulent walk-in shower. The shared guest bathroom, conveniently positioned in the hallway just outside the guest rooms, provides a tub/shower combo.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. Should you or your guests damage linens during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then current retail price.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates from November 1st through the end of February. Monthly Rentals are only accepted as Direct Bookings.
