Welcome to Boujee Beach where convenience meets luxury! This beautiful 3BR/2.5BA home is nestled along Wolf Bay in the family-friendly Sunset Villa community. Enjoy the convenience of a community pool and private access to the beach. Two adult bikes, two youth bikes, and a kayak are provided for your outdoor enjoyment. From food, shopping, and entertainment at The Wharf to thrilling rides at OWA and Waterville nearby, our vibrant Coastal scene is sure to provide a fun-filled experience for all.

This unit is for sale and requires showings from time to time so we would appreciate you working with us on this matter...realtors are required to give us 24 hours' notice prior to showing, and they need your approval to enter. The Showings should be around 15 minutes long and there is no need for you to clean. You may choose to be there or leave the home... your preference. Thank you in advance.

This pristine, newly constructed 3 BR/2.5 BA home was meticulously designed with your family in mind. The first level boasts a spacious, open floor plan with an expansive living room, perfect for gathering with loved ones. Enjoy the large Smart TV equipped with carious streaming options for your entertainment. Alternatively, step outside onto the patio to relish breathtaking sunsets with your preferred beverage in hand.

In the dining area, discover a generously sized table accommodating up to 6 guests, complemented by additional bar seating for 4. The well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious home-cooked meals. For added convenience, there is also a half bathroom on this level. The garage, located just off the kitchen, accommodates one vehicle and includes an electronic garage door and remote. Inside the garage, you'll find two trash receptacles, one for regular trash and the other for recyclables. Four bicycles (2 adult & 2 youth) and a kayak are also provided for your recreational convenience and enjoyment.

Upstairs, the King suite boasts a private bath complete with a double vanity, bathtub, and luxurious walk-in shower. The shared guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo is conveniently located in the hallway just outside the guest rooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, ensuring entertainment options for everyone, and complimentary Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the entire home. Explore the area on bicycles. Two adult and two youth bicycles are provided for your enjoyment. This exquisite, newly built retreat eagerly awaits your arrival to kickstart your unforgettable beach getaway!

**Please note, we allow up to 2 pets. The pet fee is $250.00. We do not allow aggressive breeds of any kind. Violators will be subject to eviction without notice or refund.**

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. Should you or your guests damage linens during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then current retail price.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Stars' highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new guests arrive. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties, our cleaners work for Gold Star, and we assign each staff member to the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. We launder all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill germs and follow specialized processes. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates from November 1st through the end of February. Monthly Rentals are Booked Direct only.
