Big handsome 4-Level town home in the Frederick Historic District has been renovated from top-to-bottom. Features a true gourmet kitchen with a large gas range, soapstone counters, breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances. Relax in the evening on your private patio with fire table, or your living room reclining couch with gas fireplace. Main level bedroom with queen bed and full first floor bathroom, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the 2nd floor. All bedrooms have flat-screen TVs. Balcony, a sitting area, as well a laundry center are on the upper level for convenience. Private parking for 2 cars in the rear, with additional free parking. Wheelchair accessible. Towels and linen provided. Walk to Baker Park, which is directly behind or to downtown restaurants and shops, and the Carroll Creek Promenade a few blocks away.

This was the fourth year in a row we have stayed here. Every year I say the same thing, best hosts of any VRBO we have ever stayed in. Very responsive and the extra things provided are amazing. This is all in addition to being very clean and comfortable and being within walking distance to the shops and restaurants of downtown Frederick. Highly recommended staying here.

This was the perfect place for us to gather for a beautiful wedding weekend. A lovely home that felt so comfortable. Thoughtful touches throughout. We would highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a lovely home while you are traveling. The proximity was perfect for us and we gathered one afternoon at Baker Park for a family bocce ball tournament!

We came to Fredrick for a wedding and the location was great. We could walk to a couple of the activities that were downtown but still fairly close to grocery stores and stuff. The home was clean with plenty of towels and blankets. The kitchen was by far the best stocked kitchen I have ever had in a rental. The owners were very quick to responded and unlike some places I have stayed the pictures were very accurate of the place. Everyone was very comfortable and with 3 bathrooms it was easy to get ready. The furniture in the living room was very comfortable in fact my father in law often fell asleep in the recliner. Recommended this place and absolutely would stay again. Book with confidence you won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely Amazing Stay!!!! This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Each room has its own touches. The patio with the fountain and fire pit provided us with several nights of fun with the family talking and such. We stayed a week and we were still finding neat little touches. Very quiet for being on a main road. Never heard the neighbors. Plenty of parking. The house is within 5-10 minutes of downtown and all the fabulous restaurants and other stores. The house was stocked with so many things especially the kitchen. The bedrooms are spaced out well so it felt like you had you own space. We are planning on staying here again when we come back next May for ours graduation from law school. Thank you for such an amazing stay.

I think this was the most accommodating home away from home in which I have ever stayed. We were more than impressed.I think the only downside was that the weather outside did not allow us to enjoy the patio or balcony.I would definitely come back.

One of the best VRBO properties we have stayed at to date. Nicely renovated 100+ yr old home in Historic downtown Frederick…great location with everything we wanted in walking distance. Owner goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome with many snacks/food items and amenities. Especially loved the outdoor courtyard area with fire table.

Perfect location

Our family of 6 adults stayed here for 3 nights for a wedding weekend. The property manager was responsive immediately to any questions we had prior to our arrival, even recommending restaurants to try. We were able to check in early on arrival day (no additional fee) to find the house well stocked with coffee, creamer, juice, breakfast items, snacks, water, and many other essential items. We were glad to not have to make a grocery run with our busy schedule! The house was spotless (vacuum marks on the couch cushions!) bathrooms were very clean, stocked with toilet paper and plenty of towels. The rooms are layed out and true to photos and description. The attic room (although not used) was a cute surprise. The location was perfect, within a few minute walk of Market Street and Baker Park. We enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. Frederick is an adorable city with plenty to see and do. We would definitely stay here again!

Annual Frederick trip with friends

This was the third year in a row that we have stayed here and once again we thoroughly loved Mary and Joe's place. They are extremely responsive to any questions or requests. You will not find a rental that is better stocked with everything you will need. It has the charm of an older home while being very comfortable. If you need restaurant recommendations or any other info on Frederick, they are quick to tell you. I highly recommend staying here and we certainly will whenever we are in Frederick.

Very Nice Welcoming Place

Beautiful old house with tons of charm. Host provided everything we needed for breakfast and snacks, even a couple of bottles of wine. My daughter-in-law now wants a Nespresso machine because she fell in love with the coffee it made. Beds were very comfortable. A little uncomfortable with the steep stairs and the single steps into the 2nd floor rooms because we had small children. Even though it was a busy street it was not an issue except the frequent emergency vehicles. We loved being able to walk to Baker Park, it is a wonderful park.

Great time!

House was adorable! Location was perfect, close to everything and Mary was also fantastic. Left tons of food, coffee and water for us. Would definitely stay again! Was a group of 5 adults and we had plenty of room.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Only walking blocks from a georgeous park and Downtown Frederick. Hosts Mary and Joe have been awesome and so helpful with itinary plans and more 👊. They have a heart for hospitality and it shows. Home is so clean, spacious and modern with a beautiful decorators touch. Ammenities were above and beyond! Television channels, kitchen and bathroom items, the extas in case you forgot or needed little things and the coffee, water and food items were all so opulent! The elegantly folded linins and tissue touches made my heart skip a beat! The massager in the resting hallway right inside the balcony is my new BFF. 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED

Outstanding!

The house was immaculate and very comfortable for our family stay. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. There were games, recliner chairs, and little touches everywhere that just made us feel so welcome. I reached out several times prior to our getting there with questions, and I got immediate helpful responses. The house booklet provided a tons of information. Everything was simple and it was so close to downtown, we walked everywhere! A special thank you for the breakfast food and snacks that were provided, it made our lives so much easier that first morning! I would give this house and the hosts the highest recommendation!

Birthday celebration with friends

This was the second year in a row that we stayed here to celebrate my wife's and friends birthdays. We have booked through VRBO many times, and as i stated last year, Mary and her husband are by far the best hosts. Saying they go the extra mile is an understatement, they go way beyond. They provide everything you may need and respond immediately to any questions. I highly recommend staying here. It is within walking distance to downtown Frederick and it's many shops and restaurants. We plan to come back next year.

Awesome home!

This was one of the best Vrbo places that we have ever stayed at. The location was great and the house was charming. We loved the exposed brick, wooden floors and decor. It was also immaculate. The generosity of the owners put it in a class by itself! There was an assortment of breakfast foods, snacks and beverages. It was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated. We would definitely recommend this home away from home. 😊

Girls 40th Reunion Trip

The place was PERFECT and exactly as described. We had a couple in each of the two queen bedrooms, and two single gals shared the master. A last minute guest on the final night took the "den" with the futon. We could have easily put someone else in the attic/exercise room if needed. Six was just perfect for the outdoor seating, and cozy living room with gas fireplace. The snacks and refrigerated items were over the top! All the extras like coffee creamer, fresh lemons and limes for drink garnish - AMAZING. AND THE PARKING!! Two reserved numbered spots AND guest spots available too (unheard of in "downtown"). Walkable to favorite restaurants for dinner. We are ready to reserve it again for our 45th reunion. The hosts were easily accessible for questions and assistance. I just hope they don't sell it! LOVE IT!

The Perfect Stay for a Wedding!

First off our group was from Frederick and all relocated several years ago, so we are very familiar with Downtown. But WOW....what a great rental!! So much extra attention to detail you will not regret this rental at all. The hosts had everything we could have needed. The property was spotless, ample room sizes providing privacy for all and we thoroughly enjoyed the backyard patio. Next time we return to hang out with friends will be here. Comfortable stay

This property was clean, comfortable, well appointed and large. Stocked full of food and drinks! I would recommend eat plugs for road noise. We loved the back patio as well.

Family Wedding in Frederick

Great house in Frederick in downtown and very close to Baker Park

Our hosts spoiled us. We had everything we could want and more. The house itself is a dream. I wish we lived there. Two parking spaces in downtown is amazing, but then add in all the bedrooms and full bathrooms. Even a fountain on the terrace. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The Ultimate Hosts

Not only was the property amazing, the bed's super comfortable, and the location outstanding, but Mary was the ultimate hostess. Everything we could possibly need for our stay was provided to us. We couldn't have asked for anything better except more time to have stayed at this property. I highly recommend and wish every host we ever had was like this one!
