FIVE BEDROOM LAKE COMO SURF PALACE, under a mile from the beach

Hello! Our beautiful space can accommodate your entire family, with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 4 flatscreen TVs, 3 central air zones and an outside shower. Surfboards, boogie boards, wetsuits, four bikes and six beach badges are included- we’re less than a mile from the beach. The rock and roll bedroom includes private bathroom, kitchenette, and fully stocked with musical gear- so feel free to jam at a respectable volume. Walking distance to Bar A, The Boathouse, Joe’s Surf Shack and other great Belmar restaurants, and a quick bike or train ride to Asbury Park. We’re very close to the train tracks- a short walk from the station, but you will hear the train go by! Feel free to message in advance with any questions!

This condo is so close to the beach. Located at almost the end of the beach where it is more quiet. The condo was supplied with everything we needed. Will definitely book again.

Great place for a group

Chris and Clara made the whole process so easy and were so accommodating. The place was exactly as described. We had a group of friends stay for a show at the stone pony. With all the bedrooms everyone was super comfortable. Very electic decorations that just sets a good vibe. It is right next to train tracks so something to keep in mind, but it's not a deterrent

Spacious, Unique, We’ll Equipped Home

Our family (me, wife, 4 daughters ages 20-25) enjoyed this rental at Christmas time. The house is very spacious with large / comfy bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and two spacious living rooms. The house was clean and communications from Chris were prompt, clear, friendly and accommodating. We were able to prepare and host dinner for ~12 (providing only our own serving platters, place settings and just a few kitchen gadgets). Two bedrooms have full baths en-suite and there is an add’l 3rd full bath. Having all linens provided and relatively easy checkout process was also very helpful. The house is uniquely decorated as seen in the pictures. There’s some great concert memorabilia for music lovers. There’s also some NSFW decor that families traveling with small children might not love. We didn’t mind (and they made for good dinner conversation with the grandparents) but something to be prepared for if your perspective is different. There are many plants and “nick-nacks” and judging by my wife’s allergies, they may be dusty or there MIGHT be cats in the house when it is not rented. Visibly, though, the house was clean. The house also abuts the train tracks and the train went by 4-5 times. It was noticeable but not a major issue and did not disturb any sleep or time with the family. I’m not sure if they would be more frequent outside of the holiday time we stayed. There is a fence separating the yard from the tracks so kids and pets are safe. Overall, I gave the property 4 stars. If I could have done 4.5, I would have based on the spaciousness, we’ll equipped kitchen, linens and communication with the owner. There may be some families that won’t “love” the decor or will be more bothered by the train but they were mostly white noise for us. Definitely would recommend and would rent again.

Thanks Anthony, we’re so glad you enjoyed your stay. As far as your wife’s allergies, we hope they weren’t too bad- we’ve never had cats on the property, and we try to maintain excellent air quality with regular dusting, air filters, and the air purifier. But we do have a lot of live plants on the property, so apologies if that was the source. (And a good heads up for future renters, we’ve already added it to our description.). Also a good note about the art and decor, we’ll certainly be adding that to our description as well. Thanks for keeping the house so clean- our cleaners said they barely knew you’d been there.
